There is no frame
There is no frame. I tried to chat, they gave me a phone number. A foreigner that I could barely understand told me the frame would be over $400.
RIDICULOUS! Why would I want a canopy without a frame? Apparently I made a mistake because I thought I ordered the canopy, frame and bag.

Please note that your order was placed with the option “Canopy Tent Frame: No,” so no frame was included as reflected in the invoice. Tent frames are expensive, and because you requested them as a separate order for shipping, the quote we provided was $480 plus sales tax. We are not the manufacturer of this item, so the price reflects the supplier’s charge. We truly regret any misunderstanding and inconvenience this caused.

I didn't read carefully, so it's my fault. I thought the wristbands would fit around your wrist. Unfortunately, when you make them into a key chain, they no longer fit on an adult wrist. Not cool. You should definitely bold that info in the description.

My wristbands didn't arrive on time
My wristbands didn't arrive on time, even after paying the guaranteed extra delivery fee. This was for my father's memorial service he died at 78 and we held his service on is birthday. I ordered the same wristbands we used for his 70th birthday so I didn't have to create a design; the order was placed in enough time for delivery.

Subpar Quality
I ordered cups and glow in the dark wristbands for an event. A fairly small amount of cups came broken, still waiting on a refund for them, and none of the glow in the dark wristbands really glow. You can get a TINY bit of glow from the blue ones, but none of the others.
