I placed an order with a very short window for receipt. I was able to get the order in and also talk to a representative to help me with an accidental duplicate order. My duplicate order was canceled while I waited and my order arrived one day ahead of schedule. I am so grateful for the fantastic service, and very quick turn time.

Houston factory made the bands super fast with excellent quality control. Super happy with how they came out and will be ordering from again in the future.

Took my money, paid expedited shipping as well as increase on the product for rush shipping and they missed the event by a week!
The event had no use for the product and it went to waste.
My offer was pay the bill or take $30.00

I ordered 100 shirts that turned out to have a thin white lining all around the edge on every single shirt. I told them that I wanted them to reprint it correctly or issue a refund, and they refused, saying that it is "normal" and not a defect. The colors also came out poor and washed out, and they said that's to be expected and not their fault. After a back-and forth exchange, they offered me 30% off "as a gesture of goodwill" but refused to refund me entirely. Let me be clear: these prints look like HOT STINKING TRASH. I finally did a chargeback on my credit card and lost. Why? Because they gave long, circuitous, and false claims about how their bad print quality is "all part of the printing process". Give me a BREAK.

A week later, I had the same design printed from a competitor's website and it came out GREAT! So is it REALLY "all part of the printing process"? Clearly not at all.

I cannot say enough negative things about this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

And that reason is this company is phenomenal

Free band promotion was a scam. I ordered 350 bands from them, choosing their US location to support US jobs. Their promotion advertised by 100, get 100 or 200 free. There was nothing there about having to order 100 of the same color in order to qualify. I didn't see the free bands on my invoice/receipt, so I reached out immediately. When I finally understood the hangup, and asked them to change the order so that I could qualify (or else cancel my order), they said it was already in production. They will not honor the free band promotion.

I found the best price here and was honestly worried the quality might be low because of it—but I was wrong! The quality is great, the shipping was fast, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Loved the pens loved how fast they were made and shipped ! Only downside, some of the designs were glitchy and missing few letters on some pens. But still recommend.

The order arrived late and I still haven't received my credits.

We haven't received our order in time (it was 4 days late!) and couldn't use the merch for our event as planned. Very disappointed.

I ordered koozies printed on the front and back and received them with just one side printed. It was too late to get them reprinted, but 24 wristbands did at least offer me a discount since it wasn’t what I had ordered. The quality was great, just bad at following the directions on the order form.
