Terrible - quoted 3-5 hours for arrival…
Terrible- quoted 3-5 hours for arrival of recovery. Called after 6 hours to say they would be there in another hour. Tried to cancel as the garage was now closed but they wanted to charge a cancellation fee. Overseas call centre hung up on me twice.

Unhelpful vehicle recovery
When rang for help after breakdown they refused to help because on their system it said it was a van. Even though the policy was set up for a motorhome. Plus person commented on that policy expires in a week and i was not renewing. I felt that is why they wouldn't help. But happy to take your money.

Tried to cancel auto renewal on the 22nd of July first by phone no answer then by email no reply even tho the renewal date is not till the 29th they took payment on the 23rd ignoring my cancel request

Great service but confusing phone menu
The recovery guy came very quickly - much appreciated - and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The confusing thing was the menu system when I called. Lots of options for if you've broken down on a motorway or a dangerous place, or if you are vulnerable etc, which is all great, but no real option for the simple "I've just broken down in a non-dangerous place, no urgent problem" I needed. I think after going around the menu about 3 times, I just picked one at random. The final option should always be "press 9 for everything else" or something like that.

car breakdown cover
I have car breakdown cover which I found reasonably priced, only paying for services I knew I may need.
They were efficient when my car broke down although I feel the receptionist could have been less brusk but perhaps she was having a bad day too.

Mixed Feelings
Came earlier than expected which was good. Did not have tools to diagnose fault which was disappointing. Did jump start car quickly.

Easy site to use.
I found it really easy to get the cover I wanted. I thought it was a very fair price, I paid a similar price last year with another company, but had a £40 excess for each call out.
This policy seems much better value.
