Fraudulent scammers

I wish I read reviews before buying! Fraudulent company! Will not respond to phone calls, live chat, or emails.

Had to open a PayPal case, only then the item was sent late. sent the wrong item worth half the value. Now I have the drama of returning an 11 kg package, no idea if the return shipping will be covered, even though legally it should.

Zero customer service. All items can be found on trustworthy websites elsewhere, so don’t buy from them! Please save yourself, the stress I’m experiencing!

I would be happy to reassess my review if someone from 360homeware will contact me. I ordered a bed from them in January. Initially it arrived, with only 1of 2 boxes. I emailed them, and they followed up and sent the additional box. We have had the bed assembled for less than 3 weeks, and it has collapsed. We requested a refund. They said they’d check, but could send parts. When I insisted on a refund, they’ve stopped replying. So we don’t have a bed, we are out of pocket, and this business is uncontactable. May be time to report to Consumer Affairs.

The WORST company I’ve ever…

The WORST company I’ve ever experienced.
No customer service, no phone number. If you call them they will say due to covid they aren’t talking with you over the phone.
Bought one mattress and was told that they will deliver within 2 days. After 8 days we haven’t got it.
Bought one bed frame from them. They mistakenly refunded the money to my account. I had to send them 20 emails for refunding their money to them. So ridiculous!!

I have tried to contact this company 4…

I have tried to contact this company 4 times to track an order I have placed over 5 weeks ago. I’m obviously disappointed that they do not answer their phones, they do not respond to emails, they do not answer the automated ‘hep assistant’ on their web page and after repeated attempts to simply receive a tracking number I have had only received silence. I would really just appreciate a refund. I will not shop here again. I feel like I have been ripped off.

Worst mattress ever 😒

Worst mattress ever, my back is now f****d! Only 6 months old and I’ve had to upgrade to a much better quality, more expensive one. Dont waste your money on these cheap crappy mattresses.

DO NOT BUY FROM 360 HOMEWARES

I purchased a bed in August which was shown to be in stock. After a couple of weeks, I got in touch asking for a tracking number only to be too there was a six week delay. I was offered an ‘upgrade’ but declined. I waited. After six weeks, I contacted again only to be told there was another six week delay. After this elapsed time, I contacted asking for a refund at which point they said it was in stock and would be sent. Shortly after I received a tracking number. Six weeks later and I still hadn’t received the item. I was in touch a few times during this process and given promises they would follow up. The courier ended up delivering the item after I asked for a refund but did not ring the doorbell - it was left in the carport. Young bringing it inside, only two of the three boxes had been delivered. Upon further scrutiny, I have been sent the wrong frame. I have tried unsuccessfully to call both the courier and company, left emails and tried the chat. I have had sporadic responses but again telling me to be patient. I am beyond thankful I purchased through PayPal as I am now making a claim through them.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I don’t know why you can’t leave Google or Facebook reviews, however I need to make it known, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They’re basically scam artists. Cheap crappy defective products that aren’t even correctly manufactured. Seriously don’t touch them.
Also I’m pretty sure the positive reviews are fake

The worst experience

I bought a Wimbledon drawer grey queen bed but they delivered 2 boxes instead of 3 . On inspection the the bed frame was missing. Contacted them and the circle of lies with back and forth emails started. It took them over a month and half to deliver the frame. The worst possible experience. I don’t understand how they still in business.

If I could make it zero stars I would.
Not one to usually leave bad comments, but this time I have been pushed too far. If your purchasing from this company, don't.
There is a reason these reviews are not visible from their website.
After purchasing a bed and mattress paying $630, which is not a lot of money, but being on a tight budget, it suited.
Unfortunately to my detriment, I did change my mind and tried to cancel the order; thinking it wasn't too bigger deal as my order hadn't been shipped. My emails have taken a minimum of 5 days to get a response. Live chats take about the same, if you get a response at all. Conversations are left mid way for over a week. I did manage to cancel the order, but no refund. Now reaching past the 30 day time frame. They have my money and I have no bed. If you're planning on spending your hard earned money with this mob; be sure. They're actually thieves. I'm taking it further to the Civil Administration Tribunal.

The bed frames arrived within the…

The 'Alex' bed frames arrived within the promise timeframe. The only major issues are the frames are not well made at all. The frame moves and squeaks as the sleeper tosses and turns around at night which makes it impossible to have a well rested sleep. I have a normal weight of 45kgs and not a light sleeper and that bed frame is built too light to the point I found that it is very difficult for me to have a good sleep. I am requesting a refund at the moment and was requested to send a video of the bed 'moves and shakes' and also 'the squeaks' with no resolution in sight as the customer service team is still checking on this. I have requested the refund 8 days after the frames were delivered (I bought two exact same frames with different colours-never do that for your first purchase with this vendor. refer to the first part of my refund process and you will know why). I have sent video of the bed moves and now I need to send the video of the squeak. I have made it clear it is nothing wrong with the parts, the frames were just poorly made and I want return and refund and yet still no confirmation after back and forth for 4 business days with 360Homeware team. I wanted to make sure buyers are aware what experiences they are getting themselves into when buying from this vendor. I am very careful with my purchase and have read reviews yet I still made the wrong purchase which hardly happened to me. 360Homeware is a legit company but sells very low and poor quality bed frames with unclear or long refund process. Only good thing about them is the swift delivery process. I will share a detailed review of their final refund process once I get to the end of this. I will return this as allowed in their policy. I do not want upgrade or anything. If the company is dishonest about the refund, I will not hesitate to call my bank/financial institution to dispute this and the payment. I am happy to return the items in its original form as an honest customer and buyer.

Fake reviews! Do not buy!

They delivered the wrong bed, which was damaged. They also tried to tell me it was the right colour (which it was VERY CLEARLY not). After many back and forth unhelpful emails they then collected the bed without processing a refund. Never heard from them again. Clearly the positive reviews on here are fake. This business needs to be shut down.

This company has fake reviews on their website. I ordered a bed which took a while to be delivered. after professionally assembled the slats keep falling off. They sent me the wrong bed size slats and it took ages to get the new slats from them. I had to threaten them that I am going to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs, then they sent me the slats.
Their website only keep goid reviews and your bad review will not be published. You will feel like a helpless person. Better to buy from somewhere else instead of them. I have also seen a bad review on their which was later deleted by them, such a shame.

We really do not recommend anyone to

We really do not recommend anyone to buy from this seller as we received a wrong bed frame instead of what we ordered and paid recently. When we inquire this they said it is the same product we ordered but we realised it’s cheap and different one of same colour. They were very unsupportive when we ask to pick up the wrong item and refund our money. Still waiting for them to pick up this wrong order after going through all the hassle for their irresponsibility.

Shocking Experience

This company is honestly shocking. I ordered the Jake king bed frame and king sized pillow top mattress back in September. After a week I requested an update, to be told my order was dispatched. Then I was told the bedframe was out of stock, and offered an "upgrade" to a cheaper frame, which I took with the promise of a refund. Then I get tracking saying the original frame I ordered and mattress are on the way. Ok, fine with me.

First delivery comes and it is the wrong mattress, no bedframe. After emailing customer service and being told the tracking was correct and blaming the courier, I followed up with the courier direct, and found out only one item was on the dispatch, and 360Homeware had given them the wrong item. So I liaise with customer service (about 20 emails exchanged at this point) to be told everything was "on the way" - after they tried to offer me another "upgrade" which again was cheaper than what I paid. Then I get a random phone call from some guy in another online furniture company, calling me about his customer's mattress that I had gotten - so they share your info without consent as well. The poor guy was trying to get his customer to come to my house to collect his item - no way am I dealing with that, I sent it back to 360Homeware (the one thing they're good at is getting their products returned). Cue another delivery of my ordered mattress (finally), and zero update on the bed frame other than it was coming. I ask for my money back for the bed frame, as they lied about original dispatch and I had to get a different frame. They assure me I will give my money back - two weeks, nothing. Thankfully I used PayPal and lodged a dispute (PayPal were fantastic), and with my emails as evidence I have gotten the refund I sought, but not from 360Homeware. No, they insisted they couldn't refund because of the PayPal dispute stopping them (they put this in writing) - and to make it better, I ring PayPal to query the claim, and it is false - the company can issue a refund even if there is a pending dispute.

Long story short, this company has zero regard for their customers, and clearly think we lack a brain as they blatantly lied to me, and tried to manipulate me with "upgrades" multiple times. Will never purchase from them again.

Poor customer service and promised dispatch times are fake

It's been over two weeks and I am still waiting for my purchase. I was assured that it was going to be dispatched well over 10 days ago and I am yet to receive anything. 360 homeward could not even confirm if my item had been picked up by the third party courier as yet. Extremely poor customer service and terrible communications. Will never use this company again

I had a very awful experience with this…

I had a very awful experience with this company. I have to follow up uncountable times as there was no update after 72 hours of my purchase. Then they told me it has been shipped after 4 days and yet no estimate arrival date was given, and I have to wait a day to get a reply saying “we will follow up for you” with no indication or solving my enquiry.
They used two different shipping companies for my bed and mattress. And the bed frame was delivered, only part of it arrived and right now I am still waiting for another week to arrive. Moving into my new apartment was delayed due to this company unbelievable delayed services and I have to pay for extra rent to find somewhere to sleep.
As it is an Australia owned and Sydney based company, I have assumed if any problem arises, it would resolve quickly. Never ever again.

What a terrible experience first they…

What a terrible experience first they didn’t send my order till after I questioned why it was late then They only delivered half of it. It was also left outside on the street even though I was home to take delivery. When the second part to my delivery arrived it was damaged. I was promised a $30 refund for it being damaged but that never happened. In all terrible customer service slow delivery and product damaged! Order somewhere else will be easier than dealing with this online retailer.

Product came damaged. Their help centre didn’t help, left me on read for days before responding, only delivered half the bed… I could go on but I’ll just say I’ll never order from them again
