Cannot fault this company for their customer service. My item took a month longer to arrive than expected, however, 360 kept me updated all the way. They promptly replied to my messages, they offered alternate options and when I notified them that the item had been sitting with the courier as out for delivery the past 4 days, they promptly followed that issue up and my item arrived within hours of contacting them. Great service and great product. I love my new mattress. Thank you 360

I purchased the Cooling Gel Hybrid Tri-Foam Spring Euro Mattress Queen Size (Best Seller) and by far, without a doubt the BEST mattress I've ever owned. I wake up with no back, neck or shoulder pain at all! The bed gives adequate support to every part of your body. It's very comfortable to move around during the night because every position is comfortable. I have chronic pain and healthy issues, so this bed has exceeded my expectations. I actually look forward to getting into bed of a night now and getting up is harder, because the bed is sooo comfy. Excellent product. Few hiccups with tracking but once sorted, arrived overnight! My Adult son just brought one today, also... because they're that good! Highly recommend 👍

Have been having bad sleep for a long time, this 360homeware mattress has provided with so more more support and a better sleep. I have had my best nights sleep in a long time and was very surprised that it has arrived rolled up in a box. The Customer service was also brilliant in being very quick to respond to my questions and giving tracking.

Bought the Roma PU leather gas lift bed frame queen size ($377aud) free delivery.
Delivered the bed head with sides and other stuff separately. Took us 5hrs to put them all together ate dinner halfway 😁. A bit difficult to do it by yourself,2person must.

Overall great quality for the price. we love our new bed frame !!! Love being up a little bit. Not noisy at all so comfy 😁😁😁👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Mattress is Great!
Bought a Queen size and at first it was a bit unusual, but once i got used to it after a few days this was by far the best decision. I have no regrets in purchasing this mattress. I love everything about it. I have now also purchased the same in King Single Size for my daughter!

I ordered a king matteress, pillows and king bed frame, the matteress and pillows were delivered within 4 working days and we are very happy with those but as for the bed frame that arrived 2 weeks after ordering it and when we got it the boxes were all damaged and when we opened it the bed was ripped, when we contacted the company they said they will send out the piece that was damaged to replace it this took many messages back and forth, I was told it would be sent out the next day, 2 days later i was told the damage was minimal and would i like a partcial refund of $70? I said no because i don't want a ripped bed, i then got told they had to check if the piece was avaliable to send out then finally after more messages and lies of when it would be sent out I finally got the replacement piece 9 days later. They did however send 2 free pillows for the muck around but I don't like the way it was all handled they need to know the correct information before telling their customers what's happening with their goods.

I still can't believe the quality - how do they do it? And service we received was terrific. We received our new King Bed parcels, but the carrier had missed delivering one. I emailed at the weekend, not expecting a reply until Monday. Had a reply email immediately, which was followed up first thing Monday. Can't ask for better service than that!

Recieved my mattress within 9 days of purchase its so good in love with it much appreciated will be buying more stuff from the site also very convenient as i did afterpay 😊😊

Really Love the Manchester Bed frame and the customer service from 360homeware was amazing. It has held up well for over 1 year and we are planning to purchase another 1 for our guest bedroom

Be very careful when you decide to purchase from this online store. They make it out that they have stock you then pay upfront online afterwards they call you saying that there was no stock available and they try to sell you a more expensive product. When you tell them that you don’t want to buy the more expensive product and you want a refund they try to deceive you by saying they will give you a refund and then they stop replying to any of your messages or emails and it takes more more than 21 days for them to actually give you the refund and they only give you the refund after you file dispute against them. They ignore all your emails after you request a refund. They have no landline telephone number to contact them and the only way to communicate with them is by email and this makes it really hard when trying to chase the money they owe you. I do not recommend this company at all

They initially sent me the wrong bed but quickly rectified it. I got the Manchester gas light bed. It looks fantastic and all my friends have complimented my room because of it. Have already recommended 360 homeware to my friends.
