Poor design, quality and service. Bought a bed frame and mattress. There was no communication as to when the products would arrive. I had to continually email to find out. Mattress arrived after about a week but no sign or communication regarding bed frame. Took another 2 week's and numerous emails to get the bed frame. There was no way to ring them. Then the frame arrived the bedhead has a rail at the rop of it that juts out so you can't sit up in bed. The edge of the rail is very sharp as well it can actually cut your head.Secondly the bedhead is very thin and has since started to break away from the base. I have had it 6 months. Would never purchase from this company again. I wrote this review on their website and it has been subsequently deleted.

Amazing service! I ordered the Birmingham Bed frame and it arrived in 4 days. Not even a scratch on the product, exactly how it appeared on the website. Will definitely be furnishing my new place with more items from 360 homeware. Great job!

Was great, I am very happy with the bed frame, however was missing instructions but the team sent it to me asap.

Unfortunately, no star raring isnt option, if you like no Communication and giving away money is your thing then this is the company for you! Sit back and relax while you never receive your order and if you want to contact us.......well just relax and enjoy complete silence while you email endlessly. T

I’d give no stars if possible, pathetic, damaged furniture, terrible communication, no contact except email which they never respond to, missing items, I’ve had better furniture from the reject shop.

Loved the bed frame, came in under 4 days. Will be getting the kids’ mattresses from here too. Customer service was top notch and helped me through questions.

I love to always check for bargains online but this bed frame and bed mattress I bought my daughter when her own bed broke was the most affordable for me and my wife. And to top it off my daughter has never felt so much better sleeping.... She loves it!!!(Note: I had lied to her and told her its was the most expensive one I could find).

Honestly I was a bit hesitant at first ordering from this store just because it’s new and I haven’t really heard of it but everything was as expected ! It arrived a day early which is always a bonus I recommend them and I definitely will be ordering again !!

Received my mattress about 4 days after purchasing. I am actually much more happier with it then what i was expecting. It was supposed to be in my guest room however I will be using it permanently. I would highly recommend the Premium Euro Matress as it great value for money and comfortable

Always be wary of dealing with a company that doesn’t provide a contact number. Over $2000 of goods were ordered early January, nothing but drama, lies, false tracking numbers. Parts missing from items received. They kept promising that they would look into what had gone on with my order, but a week later still no contact from them, another follow from me, more false promises and no goods. After contacting ACCC I finally received a refund for some of the goods that I-never received.

Worst retailer Ive ever dealt with. Bought a queen bed, it broke after 2 weeks, been emailing Wendy from customer service for 2 months, the aholesjust play games and lie. Have no bed and no money back in 2 MONTHS!!! Bloody theives. Never trust them, worst company
