We bought the "cave" light stand and it looks cool, but the quality is disappointing. The plug is very cheap so the light flashes on and off because the connection isn't great.

It was great to see my Medium - Cube and Medium - Base !! But picture is little light than it is shown in photos . It is not brightly visible without LED’s .but I got my gift in 2 days I really appreciate that.

The item I ordered was a small cube. The picture and lettering were perfect! The shipping was quick. I chose the two day shipping. They had my order done in a day. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Good follow up after my review
I sent an email inquiry prior to receiving this and no response
The front side is good it is the backside that seems to be off
Had the pic been only of the child it probably would have been ok. The 3d head movement is on the back and he looks like he is being pierced by the floor. Would have thought his head motion with rotation of the cube would be on the front side of the cube. Lots of money and not thrilled with the back side
So this is an addendum
After posting this review, Adam Gansky, called me to discuss the review. The company re-did the crystal and it came out just as i expected. It took a while but thw correction was great. My cost was for the shipping. Thanks for the fix. Love it

The product is gorgeous, the customer service was unparalleled and it arrived SO quickly. I ordered the 3D serrated crystal on a Friday and had it by Monday! I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase and the company.
