I bought a beautiful cube 3D innovation of my mother and her 5 siblings which 1 is sadly no longer with us. His 10 years passed recently and I ordered this surprise and her and I were nothing but satisfied and touched. Will definitely buy more in the future and recommend to people I know!

Nice! But I thought you could see it better without light. If prices were lower I would order more.

Bought this as a gift for my younger brother, was a picture of he and my father who passed away this last year. The photo was taken at my brother's wedding. I was amazed at how wonderfully the photo was transformed and the script was beautiful. Thank you for helping me create a meaningful gift. The fast shipping was a major plus, as well!

I saw these cubes in a mall when I was looking for a retirement gift to buy for someone in my office who was retiring. I got a card, and then went online to fulfill my order. Let me tell you, the process was seamless. I made a mistake and put the wrong number of years in the wording. Not only were they quick to get back with me, but they made the corrections with no fuss. I got my order right on time in a really nice box that I was able to keep the gift in and present to the employee. The quality of the picture was fantastic. I work for a company that makes engines, so I requested a pic of one of our engines to be the image in the cube. The detail was AMAZING. I work with engineers, so they know our brand. Even they couldn't believe how detailed the picture was. My only suggestion would be to have a preview of what the cube would look like. I requested wording (which I got and it was super pretty), but it was so small that it was really hard to read. Overall though, I found them to be very professional, the quality was superb, and the shipping was quick. I would definitely order from them again.

Excellent service and I received it quick

Excellent gift and great service 5 stars. Downside is they play games with pricing and limited discounts 1 star. For this reason I don’t see myself buying another one again. So one and done, find the right cost that is fair to customers and allows you to make a good living and you will get more repeat customers. This would be my go to wedding gift of not for the pricing irregularities. Employee at the mall was awesome. No high pressure and follow through on rush delivery.

I went to Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL to see the products first hand at the kiosk there and was impressed. After that I returned home to find the perfect photo of my daughter's beloved pets for a birthday gift. One of the pets had passed, and the quality was so good that my daughter recognized them immediately and couldn't hold back the tears.

Fed ex lost my package and I contacted 3D innovations about it! A employee by the name of Lisa followed up and sent me out a new keychain within a day or two! I’m so happy I received it! It’s beautiful and I’m forever grateful that they took time to understand and fix the problem!! I’ve ordered numerous of times and never experienced that but I’m glad they took care of me in the end! I’ll continue to order with them!! Lisa you’re awesome!
