Please note, the way the crystals are created by etching hundreds of thousands - millions of micro-bubbles into the crystal.
This, in the end, produces the image.
When the crystal is placed in front of bright background environments, the etched image may not show as well as it requires some contrast however our LED bases is a great addon and makes them look great in all environments.
Different gift but overpriced.
This is certainly a "different" gift to give someone but seems to be pretty overpriced, even with discount codes applied.

The packaging was horrible..
For the amount that I payed the packaging of the crystals was 👎🏿 not good . It was not nice at all because it looked ok worn out and not matching the expensive look ( because it was expensive!)

In rare situations like yours, the boxes get thrown around in transit causing the packaging to get damaged and have no control over how the shipping carries treat the package. We went ahead and sent you new boxes/packaging and offered compensation. We hope all is ok now.

OMgosh! Vitaly did an AWESOME job creating the crystal of my 4 grandchildren. He was so patient and kind throughout the process of picking pictures and he even showed me an example of what my completed piece would look like. The finish product couldn't have been better. I purchased one a few years ago, with the led base. The base stopped working and I could not get anyone to call back or even write about replacing it. I had to buy a new base. Not happy about the service. The product was good.

I have ordered two crystals in the last week. With the excellent help from their Chat room, specifically "lisa" - I was able to design the perfect gifts. She answered questions, gave good suggestions and was very friendly, yet professional. Very quick turn around on products ordered! Perfect!
Found out about these keychains when my parents passed, funeral home charged $150, couldn’t afford it. I was very happy when I met the young lady at Opry Mills! The same keychain was $40! I didn’t have the chance to purchase from her that day, but she gave me a card for an online use. I’m so glad! I love it! It is absolutely perfect! Thank you!
