My Wife ordered a 2D crystal as an anniversary present which duly arrived on time. Upon opening the box, we found that the portrait photo she had sent had been distorted onto a landscape frame, the stand looks dreadful full of pit holes and poorly painted, the luxurious presentation box is bashed having been squeezed into inappropriate packaging, as well as being poorly put together, strands of materials hanging off for example. We then used the online return form and have heard nothing since, a week ago.

I have today received the crystal that I ordered just a few days ago - super fast delivery! It is absolutely beautiful and totally surpassed my expectations! Many many thanks for what is going to make a very special wedding anniversary gift.

Took an old wedding photo, hand colored then scanned to PC - I will say I was worried , but needlessly. The crystal arrived quickly and safely, and when I saw it it was so gorgeous I could cry.

I would give ten stars if I could. I have just received the crystal I ordered only a couple of days ago, and I am amazed by the incredible work, detail and quality. This will make a lovely birthday present.

Wow, honestly amazing piece of work! I was very unsure about making one of these it was for a gift, and had a special person among others who wasn't with us anymore :( I was scared if he didn't turn out right, but oh my all I can say is WOW its absolutely stunning! So worth the price, now i know how good it looks I would of expected to pay more! I'm going to tell everyone I know and I will 100% be ordering more in the future, if you have a picture you want to last forever get it done! Mine wasn't 1 photo is was 2 merged together to form 1, I also spoke to a lovely man before ordering to ask for advice todo this he was so helpful and reassured me it would be perfect and it really is thanks Alan! I ordered a 3D Crystal to give to my wife for our 15th wedding anniversary. I knew it was going to be good but when I opened the box I was blown away, truly amazing! My wife is absolutely delighted with it and amazed at how it was done. The quality of the crystal is totally sublime and it was presented in a beautiful blue box. 3D Crystal Shop were excellent throughout the whole ordering process and answered all my questions in a very helpful and timely manner, they also delivered the Crystal in good time, many days before the latest date I needed it for. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone and may well be returning to buy gifts for others in the future. Many, many thanks!

Bought for my parents' golden wedding. I'd submitted an image from a hand painted photograph of theirs that had been taken on their wedding day so was unsure what the quality of the image within the crystal would be. When it arrived a few days later (packaged well and in a navy presentation box, along with the illuminated revolving display stand) I was absolutely blown away by the detail that was captured - their faces, the fullness of the bouquet and even the intricate lace on the sleeves of the wedding dress was there. I actually felt quite overwhelmed to see it. As for my parents, they couldn't stop looking at it! They'd never seen anything like that before, they think it's amazing -they love it!. I couldn't have chosen better.
