crystal heart pendant
I ordered the crystal heart pendant and was totally disappointed in it. In person, you could hardly see the image. It looked like a clear crystal hanging on your neck. No one would know there was an image unless you told them and they came right up to it and held it in the light just right to see it. Though I was really disappointed in the crystal, customer service did everything possible to make me happy. In the end, I got a full refund.

Pro: Easy to set-up, order. Quality product
Con: the etched product (at least in my case) was very difficult to see without a light under the block itself. I think 3D Laser Gifts could be more forthcoming and show samples of what the end-product looks like without a light and with a light. I was disappointed until I went back and purchased the light source.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Regarding the light base, it does indeed enhance the beauty of the crystal. We always recommend purchasing the Light Base along with the crystal, especially if you plan on placing it in an area where the design might be hard to see, considering that the crystal itself is transparent, and the etching is entirely white. The Light Base lights up the engraving and makes it much easier to see the image. We like to say that it gives life to the crystal.
However, we apologize if it has been so difficult for you to see the engraving as you mentioned. We regret that you didn't contact us regarding this issue before posting a review. Great company, great product.
First, this company has great customer service. That is very important to me.
Second, the product came out beautifully. It was a gift for my son. The picture is of his two kids. He absolutely loved it. And it came in a very timely manner.
I highly recommend this product and this company. There are several companies who do a similar product, but I doubt the customer service can be beat.
BTW: I got the base that lights up, and it really looks nice....it makes the whole item really pop.
