I was very pleased with the end result. My piece was shipped timely and arrived on time. The only thing I would suggest is that a proof be sent of the image both front and back. I had to ask to see my proof and I never got to view the backside.

It was the most beautiful picture of my husband's late parents. All of the kids were "stealing" it until it could not be stolen again. We all just loved it!

Excellent customer service! I received beautiful crystal for Christmas. Unfortunately, just a couple days later, my house cleaner accidentally dropped and chipped it. 3D laser gifts was able to look up the original order and replaced it for half price. Thank you.

It was a great gift! However I would have liked to added the life dates of the deceased individual but that was hard to figure out. But overall I recommend this service
