Order mis-communication resolved
There was a miscommunication with my original ornament order. I had added a year to the background of my picture which was accidentally removed in the manufacturing process. After being notified of the problem, my ornament was replaced with the year added back, for just the price of shipping. Was a great solution that I appreciated very much. I also learned to be more careful next year with my order to communicate that I added a year to the background that I want to remain.

Circle ornaments
I have purchased the circle ornaments for years now. Everyone I give them to as gifts loves them. They are beautiful and personal. Many who receive my gift want to do the same for their family and friends. I always recommend you. If I had one complaint, it would be that you no longer engrave ornaments. I do understand why, but it was nice when you did. LOVE your products and how they put a smile on faces every time they are used. One person I gave a circle ornament to a few years back sends me a text every Christmas. She cherishes it so much because it is of her father, who passed, and herself. That makes the gift priceless.

I bought this as a gift for my husband , his father just passed away. It looks nice on the lighted base but thats the only way the image is visible. You cannot see the picture without the light on even during the day. The etching is very lightly done unlike other companies I looked at.

We always recommend purchasing the Light Base along with the crystal, especially if you plan on placing it in an area where the design might be hard to see, considering that the crystal itself is transparent, and the etching is entirely white. The Light Base lights up the engraving and makes it much easier to see the image. We like to say that it gives life to the crystal.

LED base a must for clear image.
Everything from ordering, to customer service questions, to receiving the crystal was a good experience. The transfer of the intended image on the photo to the crystal turned out beautifully. However, I recommend not skipping on the LED base to save money. The image does not appear as clear as it is shown in the promos. And, actually, it is hard to see unless you angle it right in the light.
