I put a cigarette out on the floor because I couldn't see a bin nearby. The guy from this company (must have been lying in waiting for me) came to me to ask me rudely/abruptly for my details, I declined and walked away, I proceeded to leave the shopping centre and he followed me for about half a mile trying to intimidate me asking for a unit to come and pick me up. Disgusting company they act like bullies.

Illegally demanded details from me for having a beer in a park that's no where near any street drinking bans!
Even after showing the 6 ft guy shaking as he's trying to extrort my details the council website showing the map and proving he's wrong, he git aggressive, threatening and almost violent! Bristol city council have confirmed where I was stopped is not a ban on drinking and also 4 miles from the nearest street drinking ban, meaning he was lying ame trying to scam the public.
He was reported to the police and the council.

Just witnessed 3GS enforcements captured on a streaming site where they purposefully appear to wrongfully cite the law and regulations to force money from vulnerable individuals.
Whilst this was not experienced in person - the camera never lies particularly where a single cut of an engagement is taken from entry to exit.

These scammers trying to fine me £600 by accusing me of leaving a cardboard box on the pavement at 1:43am in the morning in a alleyway far from my address, saying if I don’t pay within 14 days they’ll take me to court.

Pick it up and chuck it in the bin. Don't bother giving details.

This company is so terrible. I hadn't slept much, so I wasn't completely aware of my actions and surroundings, and I also have ADHD and autism. I am a vulnerable adult who struggles with social situations. I thought I was at home and dropped my cigarette on the floor, and he told me I did it. Realising that I had done this, I immediately picked it up politely and put it in a bin. He then proceeded to tell me how I had broken the law and that picking it up wouldn't change the £1000 fine he was trying to give me. I told him I had picked up the cig and binned it, and he didn't care. He said, "It's your responsibility to clean up." at this point I started to walk off, he then said "if you walk off I will ring the police" to which I responded "go ahead, I've picked it up and that's the end of it" to which he responded "you still have to pay the fine, and now you're walking away which is another £1000 fine, and the police will arrest you and take you to court" to which I responded with "I picked it up, I have ADHD and autism and I wasn't aware of my surroundings" to which he responded "I don't care" at this point I rang my support worker and she said "Just walk away, you picked it up that's the end of it" I told him my support worker was on the way and that we was going to ring the police on him for harrassment and his behaviour, this made him walk off without no "fine" when my support worker arrived we tried to find him, he walked in to a "staff only" area and didn't come back out.

This 3gs Company, very bad and money grabbers. And try to find my brother money saying that he had dropped a cigarette on the floor when he had done nothing. He had checked out a cigarette and put the cigarette in his pocket and desforeign guy, you didn't speak much English. Try to give my brother a ticket. But we refuse to give it to him. He said he would call the police. I said you have no powers to do anything, so please walk away and leave us alone.

Total disregard for the law breaking DEFRA guidelines by issuing fines that should never have been issued in pursuit of ruthless profiteering

I would not even probably give them a star ,a very poor example of british emforcement, not educational at all,bullying people into paying finds ,without educating anyone ,a complete scam.

BEWARE: Absolute mafia of a company. The city councils within the United Kingdom that actually employ these utter street hooligans as “enforcement” should be ashamed of themselves. The tactics employed by these charlatans in “city council jackets” are the shadiest practices I have ever seen - 3GS is a purely for profit and private organization that is contracted as a private mafia to hand out as many fines as possible, with obvious kickbacks to city councils, to the detriment of not only UK citizens, but tourists, women and children. These practices include watching people preemptively, following them, threatening them with violence, accosting them, and berating them into submission. Once accosted by one of these hooligans for a supposed “crime” as they say, they utilize shady and intimidating tactics to fear monger people into personal data collection, under the guise of “working for the city” and “stopping littering”. If one doesn’t agree wholeheartedly and earnestly, or if one doesn’t “comply”, they follow you, filming you without consent and insisting (through action and intimidation, threats of violence and otherwise) that they have the utmost authority over regular citizenry. Yet, after a very interesting conversation with the police as well as Leeds City council, one can learn that these people are mere thugs, hired by 3GS, to intimidate people into data and money collection for profit. The guise of protecting the environment is the least of their concerns, obtaining false respect (as if they were police officers or anyone of actual respectable status) for the purposes of profit, is their true motive. When attempting to make a complaint, their phone number is unreachable, yet they provide a form in which one can input all of their personal details that they chose not to willingly provide to the liars dressed as city workers (go figure!). A personal experience found me being followed around city centre for 30 minutes, and within actual shops, by two such individuals who attempted to ambush me by closing in on my from two directions in each aisle I walked through, as they continuously and wrongfully insisted I had committed some sort of crime. The only escape was by calling an Uber, prior to finishing my personal shopping after landing in the UK. Warm welcome, thanks Leeds! One of them got so close to me that they grazed me and threatened to lie to the police that I had “assaulted” them. This same individual attempted to fabricate that I had said something about his family, of which I know nothing about. Imposter syndrome with these folk is very real, and I recommend extreme caution by walking away as calmly as possible so as to not be told that they would “smash your head in”, which was my personal experience after choosing not to “comply”, with these sketchy and useless individuals who wish for nothing but the abuse of their supposed power for profit. Their zeal indicates commission, otherwise no sane individual would act like such a sad excuse of a human being towards another. Any council that undertakes an outsourcing contract with this company is a shameful and lazy excuse for representation of its citizens, and this causes a major deterrence for travellers en masse. The word will travel far. What a disgusting situation the UK finds itself in, as if nothing else is worth a council spending its time, money, and effort on. I urge anyone with a similar experience to call the police, file a report, film these individuals as voraciously as they film you without consent and write a review. They have no authority over private data collection, as they are private workers working for a private company, dressed as city workers who accost people for nothing but financial gain. Their uniforms are disingenuous, and so is their disgusting attitude to people enjoying their day. If litter is such an problem, the police should handle it. This will come to light soon and 3GS will be no more. If 3GS is such a do-gooder organization, they’ll make their phone lines reachable and their complaint process anonymous, and will conduct consistent reviews of their staff so that people don’t need to fear walking into the city centre in anxiety. An absolute joke.

I got took to court by 3gs and fined £181. I totally disagree with 3GS's tactics when accosting people. The 3GS officer jumped out of a car waiting at traffic lights. These underhand tactics are disgusting. My fine was more than somebody who gets done for dangerous driving and nearly killing people. So, in conclusion, 3GS are a bunch of money grabbing (insert bad word) and Manchester City Council should reconsider using them. Big joke, Manchester City Council.

Worthless azzholes. This guy grabbed open my door as i was going inside MY HOME, I asked him what he wanted as i thought he needed something and he starts going off about a cigarette. I was ON THE PHONE and IN MY HOME and he kept trying to get me to go outside. He held the door open so I couldn't just leave and in the end I just gave him my details cus it seemed like if i walked away he would follow me inside, I've been attacked and have a disability and severe anxiety and was terrified that he was going to hurt me. Not a good feeling to get harassed on my own door step. This company doesn't care AT ALL about the environment as they claim they do as they refuse to let you pick up the 'litter' and don't have the common sense to know if you want people to stop dropping things put out MORE BINS!!! There are no bins around where i live so there are NO OPTIONS!! Absolutely stupid, makes no sense!! You should not be HARASSING PEOPLE for money in a COST OF LOVING CRISIS!!! IM NOT GOING TO EAT FOR THREE DAYS BECAUSE OF THIS!!!!
