3 mobile tried to scam me intentionally.
I have been with 3 mobile on and of for years and recently finished my sim only contract with them.However I'm still on contract with 3 on broadband for another 2 more years.A few weeks ago I recently signed for another mobile network with a sim only deal.Over the last couple of weeks it seems 3 mobile was trying to contact me,inundating me phone calls that I missed that were more likely withheld numbers which I block.So yesterday I tried to use my debit card and it was being declined.I phoned up my bank for them to confirm 3 mobile took a large sum of money from my bank account. I then contacted 3 mobile in anger and they tried to say I had cancelled a new 2 year sim only deal with them which was a blatant lie.I can only think 3 were annoyed that I went over to 02.And you know 3 mobile wanted me to wait a few days before I would receive my money back into my bank account. Luckily my bank reimbursed my money back into my bank account.Normally these things you read about and think that they're exaggerated but I've found out that's true.
What a disgusting company 3 mobile is and this is how they replay my loyalty to them.
Unfortunately like I said I renewed my broadband contract with 3. Unluckily for me my two weeks grace has already passed.

Since 2024 Three has charged me via direct debit and my card taking money under H3G and THREE for differing amounts. Each month they’ll take £100+. My all inclusive is £25.12 pcm. Despite sending to “proof” email unredacted bank statements (at their insistence) I’ve never heard back. I’ve even had to spend hours getting ARN numbers from my bank for the THREE payments they’ve taken that don’t sit with any number. They’ve literally called me a liar. They’ve done it again and again. In December they took £23, £23, £62, £17, January they took £20, £35 and Feb £88? Now they’ve cut me off as apparently I’ve defaulted. I can’t waste one more second of my life with this awful company. Please please AVOIDDDDDDD!!!!

Recently changed my mobile service to 3 so far its been great no interrupted service,great deals on various products from sim only,phone contracts,device deals,smart tech & home broadband. They have products from all the major brands at competitive prices to suit all budgets. Another big plus now with 3mobile & Vodafone teaming up which just makes the customer experience even more positive I personally would recommend 3 to others looking to change there provider. 3 also offer competitive new customer deals a quick & simple switch service and a handy & easy to use app where you can keep track of your account,view upgrade options,apply for additional devices,make payments & so much more

One of the worst customer services imaginable. I have been a business customer since their inception in Ireland. You can only speak to people in India with broken English. This morning I asked to speak to someone in Ireland as the agent was fraudulently misrepresenting the price of plans, the agent put through a request but the Irish agent refused to take the call. Called back, spoke to another agent with broken English and was accused of being racist when I asked to speak to someone in Ireland. Disgraceful. This company doesn't give a toss about its customers.

Awful customer service
I got sent a faulty phone, was told to send it back with the envelope they provided so it would be insured. They are now saying they didn't receive it and denying that conversation saying I'm liable. Been a customer for years but totally let down and now having to go through the Ombudsman. Avoid

I closed my account with 3 because of their association with Vodafone, a firm blacklisted by three generations of my family.
3 and Vodafone will get on well together, recommendation is steer clear of both.

Awful - couldn't wait to get away from them
I was locked in for 2 years couldn't wait for the contract to end. terrible service from the get go. I was driving ALONE through France and I had no data for my satnav. called them numerous times to be told its all fine its working well it wasn't. trying to get you off the phone as soon as they could. raised a complaint nothing ever came of that but guess what data roaming charges applied to my bill. even the last few days once the live agent realised he wasn't going to persuade me to stay/renew just said bye and exited chat. and guess what they have just taken final bill and now I have to wait a month for refund. JOKE. I would highly avoid using this service provider at all costs.
