Poor experience- look elswhere!
Delivery took a long time, company did not communicate at all, we did all the follow up. Product was extremely expensive Won't be dealing with them again. Very poor experience

4D Controls great, shipping company not so much
4D Controls was great to work with and purchasing the product we needed was easy. DHL was the shipping company and attempted to make delivery at 8:30PM, after operating hours. Come on, this is a business, which should be obvious with our company name listed...the doors and gates are locked after 6PM. But there is no way to tell DHL that, so I changed delivery method to "pickup" and personally drove 20 miles to the DHL Service center to collect our package. So moral is, don't forget to give DHL your business hours of operation when you setup your shipping, or you may have to pickup your own package. BTW, I stopped for ice cream on the way back, so it was still a good day.
