I have been a customer of 4 Sight Opticians St Johns Centre Leeds for a a number of years and I have recently updated my prescription and collected my new spectacles.. I have to say thank you to the team in the center in Leeds for their complete professionalism añd help, through the process of eye testing and selection of my new eyewear distance, reading and computing Thank you so much

Lovely, helpful receptionists. Opticians amazing!! All who work here cannot do enough for you. Reasonably priced too, and they explain all the costings.

Been to collect my glasses today.
Glasses were ready with the relevant paperwork and staff were friendly and welcoming.

I have been to lots of opticians over the years and I can honestly say that the staff at 4 Sight are the friendliest I have met . They are always helpful and seem to be interested in giving you the best service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a superb experience at 4Sight Opticians at Birches Bridge. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. The staff were welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly, from the eye test right through to choosing the right frames.

The optometrist was thorough and patient, making sure I understood all the results and options available to me. They used the latest equipment, which made the eye exam quick and comfortable.

There was also a great selection of frames — stylish, good quality, and reasonably priced. The team even helped me find the perfect pair that suited my face shape and budget.

I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and would highly recommend 4Sight to anyone looking for professional care and excellent customer service!

Friendly, professional and not rushed into buying things beyond price range

Optometrist was very scathing of my GP suggesting I needed an eye test. As GPs are not eye specialists, I found this inappropriate. I also then felt that I was wasting the Optometrists time. I was paying for this eye test so what was the problem?
It got worse. He made a remark about my lack of eye care, and the fact that I sometimes get eye infections.
Unbeknownst to him, I'm a nurse who administers eye drops in a nursing home. Close proximity to clinically vulnerable residents when administering medication, including eye drops, often leaves me vulnerable to infection.
I won't be going back again after over 25 years because I felt humilitated.

Receptionists that think they are opticians. Opticians that are not helpful. Just dropped after many, many years of being a customer and supporting them. After a problem they give you absolutely no help at all. Shocking. Avoid. Leeds branch

We have been going to 4 Sight opticians for many years, the last few years at Codsall, and always find them to be very helpful, professional, and friendly. Everything is explained clearly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended!

I am really disappointed with optician the way he talk very rude I feel like he is in rush and it’s early morning hardly hear him because staff is laughing and talking very loud . It’s like I am in joke factory 😂 moreover the gentleman not allow me to shut the door ,he said he wants to open the door. I don’t know why I have been so many opticians before they all are very kind but this one I don’t know can’t say anything because when 3 more customer come to shop they are very quit may we are not valuable customer.
