Great Service!
I’ll start by just pointing out that I never, ever write reviews.. but the outstanding service from 4Sight Walsall needs shouting about. Friendly and helpful staff, they don’t push products you don’t need or want on you; they’re fair, honest and thorough. Great value for money as well, which is always good. Honestly can’t speak highly enough of Rachel and the team, thank you for your help!

I thought this company was better than that.
1 year ago they they sold me glasses. I've been buying glasses from here for over 10 years, so when I wa told I could get my son a pair of designer glasses and use them again I jumped at the offer, only to be asked to sign a at your own risk form I was more than annoyed. Never again will I bye glasses in this store. N

By way of clarification, we are very careful to ensure that patients using our re-glazing service understand the potential risks involved. Issues can occur when applying new lenses to old frames, and we feel it's important that our customers are informed of the potential risk and feel comfortable before proceeding with a re-glaze.
The 'Own Risk' form acts as a formal acknowledgement of this, and is applicable to every customer using the re-glaze service.

The best for the whole family
Always great service and choice of glasses at 4sight, the staff at West Bromwich banch are the best.
Always helpfull, always polite, always friendly and professional.
All this with a great choice of frames and lenses at the right price i couldn't ask for more for my family.

I cannot praise highly enough the 4sight opticians in West Bromwich. I was made to feel that the entire staff wouldn't have been satisfied until my glasses were perfect, and of course, now they are!
Certainly wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else.
