NOT HAPPY WITH ORDER GOING THROUGH WITHOUT BEING CONFIRMED
I hadn’t finished doing my order when the payment was taken automatically. Looking into this I had no knowledge my card details had been saved from a previous transaction that I am not happy about!
Further to this I hadn’t a chance to put a discount code App15 against my order!
I did intend to get in touch with 5pm.com to ask if this could be rectified and I could get my 15% refunded

Very disappointed once again
Very disappointed once again. The link to make a reservation for the voucher purchased doesn't work in any browser. Emailed customer services but emails bounce back. Emailed customer services to cancel the voucher and ask for a refund, emails bounce back.
No other way to contact them
Disgraceful......
