We gave you the opportunity, to cancel the order, because the specific product photographed was not available. 2nd point given that this is an open platform, we won’t do it here but we do have tracking information, so will check it once the public holiday is over here and give you an update. But as you are in a foreign country postal service and customs do take around 2 working weeks and that time has only just elapsed since the order was placed

I’ve contacted them 3 times and I’ve been ignored every single time! I do NOT recommend as they never get in touch with you and their SNES games haven’t been updated in well over a year ago. Avoid this shop!

Would probably order from again
Dispatch or shipping took a week unfortunately but this seems to be a relatively new company, they responded to me quickly and the games were as shown when arrived, so was happy with my order. I think I'll be using this company again in future. Their prices are also competitive and follow current game prices, rather than being hiked up like some ebayers and sites do. Can see this company doing well.
