900.care provides a good service and help me to find a effective and concrete way to express my concern and commitment for the care of our Common Home by reducing the use and waste of plastic bottles.
The products are a clear alternative for the production and distribution of bodycare stuff that care and protect the environment

Fast answer, polite customer care and rapid resolution of the problem related to shipping issue. I coudn't excpect more.

I'm currently using the hand mousse and the shower gel, I must say that I'm totally satisfied with these products. The texture is great, very gentle on skin, plus it smell so good!
The subscription model is great, you can change it at any time according to your needs of stock. Few days before they ship the restock they text you to inform you about it, and its very clever, so that you can remember it and maybe postpone it if you don't need restock at that moment. In fact, they are very conscious about shipment impacts on the environment, and they try to unify all your restock in one shipping, to reduce the impact. I've been using these products for 6 months now, and i'm in love. I really recommend to give it a try, once you start, you cannot stop!!

Products are average (tried all of them).
Containers are cheap

And above all, the whole subscription thing is a disaster. Takes 10 min to find how to unsubscribe.

Love there deodorants, both stick and roll-on. Had a minor problem with an order, but the support team solved it in under 30 minutes! Couldn’t have had a better experience

Despite the product's philosophy is very interesting, the purchase process seems to me not enough transparent.

I'm a tech-industry professional, but I didn't realize that I was going to subscribe to recurring payments.

When I log-into my account trying to stop my subscription a spent minutes trying to figure out how to do it, then I opted to cancel the subscription by accessing to my PayPal account.

What a shame, It could have been a good purchase experience.

I loved the products and the sustainability behind the idea. I think that the possibility to subscript and have the products directly at home when planned is great and really useful.

I ordered a trial kit and I received a box with the solid bars and the bottles. There is zero indication on the bottle or in the box about what goes in where, it's all very complicated and overwhelming. Then I got harassed with multiple emails every day. And they kept trying to get my money out of my account to pay for a very expensive second order. I told them I couldn't afford it and I still hadn't a time to figure out which product goes in which bottle.
Now I did the mix and I'm trying the product. They are average, I'm not really convince by them but at the same time I'm not sure I am shampooing myself with shampoo in all that confusion...

The suspended my subscription not because I asked but because I didn't have enough funds to cover for it.

I tried to go on their website to leave a review but clients can't put reviews on their website so you know it's fishy!

Reply to their reply: no there wasn't any booklet in the box with explanations in the delivery box just the products and unnamed box and matching the bottles with the products in just a guessing game!

Once I stated via emails that I still didn't have time to try the products because the first step was too puzzling I should get explanations and not continue to receive emails about changing my card details!

Yes it does say it is a subscription but no the price of the 4 months total subscription is never stated because in my calculations 17*4 is never equal over 80!! That is kept obscure and when contacted directly the company should be able to suspend the subscription and resolve the problem instead of continuing to ask for payment!

The one I am sure I know what it is is the toothpaste and I would not recommend it!

Plus the products are great and I love having them delivered! Easy to stock and keep nearby when you need them!

You can't cancel the subscription. They put all kinds of obstacles, the registration, which doesn't go well, then they offer you another free product but it's not free and it's a new subscription, which you can't cancel without receiving the first kit, you can't even reduce the quantity or delete the payment method. It often gives error codes to prevent you from canceling. I think it's against every rule for consumers. A real scam.
