Perfect service - when I didn’t receive all my order 900.care sent me the missing parts without problem !
When I placed my first order I neglected to make sure the address was correct before pressing the button. I immediately knew that it was wrong, but it was in the evening at the start of a long holiday weekend. Long story short, even though the order had already shipped to the US 900.care replaced the order & sent it to me without fuss. I really appreciate their commitment to good customer service.
By the way, I really like the toothpaste bits. They are superior to the brand I had used for several years in the US.
Horrible !
I bought the experience kit and never received it.
Then asked to cancel my next products from the subscription before the expedition and they ignored all my emails.
I don’t recommend due to the lack of attention on costumer service !!!

I ordered on the French website and it was not clear to me that I was signing up to a repeat subscription- but when I checked the English website, I saw it. You can cancel the subscription anytime. Great idea.

I've just received my first kit.
I read the instructions, so easy! Now, I'm waiting 6-8 hours to try my products.
Moreover, I had the opportunity to contact the customer service and they were so kind.

Very pleased with my shower gel & micellar water from 900.care. The shower gel smells lovely. It makes such sense to have re-usable bottles & for the contents to be in small dissolvable pieces. All very efficient & sustainable & reasonably priced.

I really appreciated their trial kits.
I had some issues with shipment and charges (that were beyond their control) once I reached out to their support service on a Friday morning, they were so quick to get back to me!!
Impeccable service. I will certainly speak to my family and friends about the company and their services.
Currently the mousse handwashing is my favourite product (for my family and especially our daughter)
I use the gel douche for the bathroom handwashing which works great.
Still not quite convinced about the toothpaste but it is a question of preference and getting used to the texture.
In any case a huge thank you to Alizee for her help!!
Got the wrong adress on their website so the order didn't come though. I told them about it a month later and they sent back the order quickly after.
So far I like how they've been dealing with it and hope they'll thrive to maintain this kind of quality customer service.

ordered the trial kit on march 31. on april 16 still not arrived. contacted the customer care send me a tracking that clearly says the package is not been shipped. after that, silence and no more replies from them. of course blocked any further subscription and opened a paypal claim for my payment as i didn’t received anything (as it has not yet been shipped). personally i believe this is a too young company that can’t handle international orders professionally, beginning with the fact that their order confirmation (and further emails) are in french only… that’s a very low attention to the customer.
also they should empower customer care.

I ordered the starter kit and they offerered the deodorant included.
Just set your "subscription" at the beginning,you can also stop the first day or after.
Customer care is a plus,as they are helpful and kind via whatsapp too...I will try other products too and reorder the shower gel,that's good

This company is a horrible scam. I received products so awful they were truly unusable only 6 days ago. I tried the cancel the subscription this morning, and they had already sent out a new set of products--only six days after the original set arrived--and charged me 25 euros. Moreover, I never agreed to a subscription for the toothpaste in the first place. I agreed to a trial, with the potential for a subscription, with the soap, but for the toothpaste, I received a text asking if I might like to try it ... The text said nothing about a subscription. I agreed to try it--mistake! Only six days after receiving this foul stuff, I've been charged 25 euros for more of it, 25 euros for toothpaste and soap. This is a scandal.

Didn't even receive my starter kit and it's been nearly a month. they've now conveniently charged me 50€ for products.
There is no email or tracking information what so ever not any emails on what exactly I've been charged for. I don't recommend this it's clearly a scam to

I tried to order a product, bad glad I saw at time that they put there a subscription of getting it every 2 months again. I didn't wanted it, so I cancelled. Who knows they will let me pay for this later.

I ordered a kit from them. It took around 2 weeks to arrive and after 1 week or so I picked it up (I was away). One day later I saw a charge of 50 euros in my card. Apparently I also registered to a subscription when buying the kit but that was not clear at all during buying the products. And I didn't even have the chance to try them. Sorry but this is very sneaky so I have unsubsidized. And please don't send your emails in French to international customers.

Every time I recycle an itty bitty cardboard package for dish soap, shower gel, or shampoo, I feel quite relieved it's not a huge plastic bottle! This company means it when they committed to reducing waste. Even in shipping, you receive enough product to last a few months to reduce shipping frequency. My favorite product is the shower gel. Great viscosity and gentle enough to use on my face, my skin is never dry or itchy. The shampoo is fine. I tend to be picky for my hair and miss a more luxurious shampoo, but it does the job. I want to like the dish soap more, but everyone in the house, including myself, finds it doesn't cut grease well, so you must use a high quantity of soap and really hot water. That gets frustrating and I have to refill the product more frequently. So far the laundry tablets are fine. But for whatever reason, the default quantity shipped isn't enough, whereas all the other products keep up with normal usage for a family of 4. The Toothpaste pellets are something to get used to. Again, I'm quite happy to adapt for the satisfaction I get for not throwing away Toothpaste tubes. But my kids and husband aren't convinced. The mouthwash is fine and the container is clever. Truly beats huge mouthwash plastic bottles. The deodorant isn't bad and it is a deodorant, not antiperspirant. You just have to know what you prefer. The plastic deodorant holder is a bit big and bulky, but better than buying and discarding classic deodorant. Overall, I would have appreciated muted colors when choosing containers. I went with all black where possible. The bright blue container when I chose my hand soap was the only one available, and now I'm stuck with it. I would appreciate cream colored containers. Overall, the thing I'm happiest with is the very low waste. That feels good. As someone who values and loves beautiful fragrances and pays attention to esthetics, I'm not entirely satisfied. The fragrances are just OK, and kind of all smell the same after a while. I want my laundry to have a nice smell, but it just smells like nothing or risks smelling bad if you don't remove it right away. I'm quite motivated by fragrance when I choose products, so I will continue to sample other products until I find something I enjoy. But there really isn't any getting around how this company takes no waste so seriously and that is their strongest point. The website is strange and overly complicated. I almost didn't order anything initially because I spent too much time trying to pick out items in the restrictive way they've set up their system. I wish I could just freely add products to the basket in quantities I want without it having to adhere to their strange "set" system. I won't even explain it here, because I still don't get it. For me, it's annoying enough to be a barrier to entry. Once you're on the subscription program, just know you'll pay larger amounts because they're shipping you several months worth of product at a time. To resume: excellent low-waste. Shower gel a win. Fragrances are just ok, and nothing that makes me enjoy using the product. Website and ordering process are clunky and can be frustrating. Worth it? Well, so far, I'm very satisfied with discarding less plastic. So yeah,worth it.
