I bought 3 products and received one for free (yay) but after 1 day they decided to lower their prices without telling me. I had to go back and contact their support to get my money back, at least they did that.
Package does not have a Track & Trace, so I was not home to receive my package. When I open the package the bottles are filthy! They look like they were just tossed around on the floor and then put into the box. When I tried to clean the bottles they were also oily…what is up with you? I feel like you do not appreciate your customer enough to not do this type of thing.
About the bottles themselves: the best bottle yet that I have seen is the mouthwash bottle (why can’t I see it on your page anymore? Weird) the next best is the shower gel and shampoo bottle is mediocre. Now, why is the deodorant bottle so ginormous? I have never seen a deodorant bottle so gigantic as this one. Unnecessary.
Your website has all languages mixed in. I click on NL and I still see French- I do not understand French!!!
Last but not least, the ingredients of your deodorant (which surprisingly were difficult to find since I have to struggle to use your website) don’t include much antimicrobial agents which are the main key to avoiding and reducing the growth of odor-causing bacteria.
Not suprised with this selective sustainability and greenwashing.

They just take random amount of money from your account without your consent and they don't allow you to actually cancel subscriptions as advertised.

Unfortunately, I have to share my negative experience with your subscription plan.
I placed the order for "StarterKit" on August 29.
I received it around on 12 September.
On 18 September, only 6 days after, system silently (!!!) creates 2 orders with "full quantities". No email about order creation, no email to ask "how do you like our product", nothing. Personally I consider this as a big trick, together with the whole explanation of "why do you need to subscribe". Sorry but your logistics problems should not be put onto client's shoulders.
I might want to join your good mission to reduce plastics in this world but not via such a pushy subscription mechanism.

I just tried their the "trial" period for the dental care products from 900 Care and I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. The order came rather fast, no issues, everything as expected. Good product as well! The web interface is clear, and the option to modify or cancel your subscription is easy to find, should you decide to not continue with them.

I placed an order online with JohnLewis for two pairs of ladies jeans on the 11 October2022.A package arrived containing 1 pair.As suggested on my confirmation of order the jeans may arrive in separate packages so I waited.Now December and no second package after three telephone conversations with less than little helpI am still waiting.I was told to contact my payment source but how are they to know where a package is.What has happened to the old reliable JohnLewis.I am totally disgusted with there attitude and any subscription I signed up to after ordering my jeans they can forget.What do I do now I need a refund what is my next step.

Like it, no Palm oil , TOP merci,
do not throw plastic bottles out TOP Merci,
But
The bottle for the Gel Douche is not designed very well. It makes a mess where you put it.
There is always a 'lot' of left overs when you squeeze out the product and this end up on where ever you put the bottle.
I will need to go out a buy another bottle but keep using the 'bâtonnet'
But keep up the good work.
