Ordered items with Click & Collect

Ordered items with Click & Collect. Chose this store as they were saying they had in stock & let me order. Was a 40 minute drive to collect, got there to find they wrongly packed the order & only had 1 of what I wanted. Salesperson made no effort to rectify & then didn't know how to process my refund!

With Click & Collect orders, if the store doesn't have one (or more) of your items in stock, we have to transfer stock from one of our warehouses. Unfortunately, this disproportionately affects our customers in WA. We have been working on a solution for this issue, which has now been implemented with the new Click & Collect system.

Purchased a new pedal pacer 21 speed

Purchased a new pedal pacer 21 speed, Great Quality bike but unfortunately the gears were not adjusted correctly and on my first ride to work the chain came off and struggled to change gears.
Also of purchased a merida Reacto 7000-E
again awesome bike, but Di2 cable and battery was damaged, bearings hub was dry no grease, no carbon paste or lube on seat post. I've had to employ a professional bike mechanic to fix all these problems @ my own cost as I do not trust the 99 bike mechanics

Best in the West

Visited store on Friday 19th and bought two bikes. The sales rep, Adrian, couldn't have been more helpful.

We had two bikes in mind and he was most helpful in selecting the options and best fit for the bikes we were looking at, even suggesting a slightly different version for my wife.

Cost of bikes was great, especially when he suggested we included 6 month Gold Club membership which actually saved us much more thani it cost!

He went a stage further to suggest other items we might find useful but did not push us to buy.

We left the store with our bikes in the back of the car and six months to get anything else we needed knowing we would be able to get these at a discount!

Well done 99 Bikes OÇonnor, great all round service, informative and friendly. Not something we had experienced at other Perth bike shops, including other 99 Bike stores we had visited across Perth.

We'll done guys, highly recommended!!

Exchanged the manual bike for a second electric

My wife and I bought 1 Velectrix folding bike and 1 Dahon SUV folding bike, on the understanding that after a short 3 week holiday in the moterhome, we could exchange the Dahon for another Velectrix and simply pay the difference on return. we decided to do just that and Luke at 99 Bikes O'Conner, arranged this with out fuss. Excellent service. and a very good product.

Helpful on the phone, not so in-store

Aaron was super helpful on the phone placing my order. I was organising a bike to be picked up by friends as we live in Exmouth and they were driving up with the bike. Unfortunately when they went to pick it up, there was no evidence of our payment, despite the agreement that I email it though (which I did) and the bike was not ready, even though it was the day after original planned pick up. This was inconvenient for our friends as they had to wait for 45 minutes for the bike to be prepared, after chasing around for the payment.

Fabulous experience!

Very friendly and helpful when picking up my new electric bike!
Traded in my unused bike rack for a new Electric bike rack, helped fit and get me on the road even though close to closing time 😬

Honest couldn’t be happier with the…

Honest couldn’t be happier with the customer service I get from 99bikes O’Connor. I shop here regularly, the service is always exceptional. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and love to chat about bikes, as we all do. My latest experience I took my bike in for a rear derailleur service, fully expecting to pay a service fee. The engineer worked on my bike for a few minutes, fixed the problem and at no charge! What a lad and an amazing group of people.

Bike Service - o'conner store.

had my bike serviced! did an ok job. handlebar wraps could have been neater and the end caps were not fitted. was quoted 150.00 actually ended up paying 137.00. not explained why that happened. my seat I had to re-adjust as I have measured my seat height to suit me. so I don't why that was adjusted, to begin with. still have not taken it for a hard ride, so will see what happens. if something starts rattling or falls off I will definitely let you know about it. I drop it off at 9 am and was advised to collect around 4 -5 pm which is a long time to repair a bike I feel. It was not a major overhaul. and it's a bicycle at the end of the day and any professional bike mechanic should be able to knock off jobs within at least 2 hrs tops. other than that for the overall shopping experience is good. I find the Belmont team more mature and a bit more friendly both stores need to stock more common parts in WA.
