Not impressed..
I got a text few days after placing my order saying the 2 bikes are ready for pickup. Upon arrival I found out that only one bike was ready and I had to wait 2 weeks to get the second one with no explanation. Also, the second bike chain broke on the third ride! I had to drag it home and take it in the car to the shop to be repaired! On the upside, The employees were polite and friendly.

Hi Team
A huge shout out to Lachlan at 99 Bikes - Ryde! I was having significant difficulties fitting some new Continental Gatorskin tyres I purchased (I'd spent 3hrs trying to fit them) and Lachlan offered to fit them for me. Firstly, the man is a machine. He had both tyres fitted and ready to go in 5 minutes, I'm not sure how that is humanly possible. Secondly, really appreciate him taking the time to show me how to fit the tyres myself, so that I hopefully don't find myself in the same predicament again.
Really appreciate the help.
