Excellent Customer Service
The service from the guys at the Ryde shop was excellent and helpful as always. Daniel, one of the mechanics, was great as he replaced the whole brake system while explaining in detail what needed to be done to the bike. He is very knowledgable and has excellent customer service!!

Nick was really helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions about the Wahoo Kickr Trainer (I spent months researching and comparing the best smart trainers currently in the market), and his input helped me decide on which trainer to buy for my husband. Much thanks, Nick!

Awesome shoes, great service!
I placed a special order for a pair of Shimano RX8 shoes a few months ago and was advised they would not arrive in Australia until late December or early January 2021. Received a call from today advising me there arrived early! Awesome shoe, great fit and love the Camouflage Sliver colour!🤩 However the service provided by Simon from 99 Bikes at West Ryde was also outstanding and I would highly recommend not only these shoes, but also 99 Bikes!

I had one issue and that was I couldn't…
I had one issue and that was I couldn't up shift on front cog. They told me need a new cable. I approved it.
I took the bike out and the cable wasn't even adjusted. There was no tension in it. I had to do my own adjustment at home.
Even though the bike was cleaned. There was no grease on the chain or gears.
I would have expected that if an apprentice was going to do my bike. The tech would double checked it.
Unfortunately this is the second time I have had issues with the service department. And so will only be coming back for accessories.

Friendly service, we had to wait but that's the price you pay for good service. Competent and confident young man (Kevin) was patient and very helpful. Thorough and at all times professional.

Know what they're on about
Good quick service by an informed experienced staff member. Bought some gel road gloves. Good fit and should perform well- bellwethers.have a fairly good range of stock to pick and choose from as well.
