Very good service, staff is very friendly and careful. Satisfied with service, however limited it is due to lockdown.

West Ryde 99 bikes have the nicest staff! They make you feel very welcomed! I’m very new to my road bike, they walk me through everything in terms of my recent repair. They guided me through the process of what has happened and what needs to be done! Going to other bike shops I don’t feel as welcomed as the staff seem extremely up them selves when dealing with bikes have had comments such as this is why you don’t buy cheap bikes! Haha they won’t get my money any more! West Ryde 99 bikes you have a new regular! Thanks!

Spoke with sales person, advice provided was what we were seeking, purchased bike, hassle free.

The first bike was too small for my son, but had no drama of exchanging for a bigger bike.

I bought a new bike and the sales/support from Lachlan was awesome. However when I brought it in for my first service I listed out the issues I had with the bike (loud drivetrain, rubbing brakes, and I had issues with the creaky headset). The person that served me gave me a slightly annoyed look when I was trying to explain the issues I had which kind of made me feel unwelcome. I collected the bike a couple of days later and took it home. I found scratches/damage on my derailleur hanger and the drivetrain was still loud/chattering. I'm afraid to take it back because I feel like my problems will get dismissed based on my first experience.

Love the service and the friendliness of the staff....especially to Gavin and Lachlan. I bought a new BMC from another shop and I had so many issues with the bike. Brought in to Gavin and he fixed all the issues without any fuss at all. Lachlan and Gavin are extremely helpful and I will keep coming back. Happy to spend my money here as they made me feel welcome and they are always so helpful. Thank you

Very happy with my recent purchase of my road bike. Bike located in Vic Order placed on a Thursday and the bike was ready in Sydney on the Monday. Verify informative of features and what to expect over the next few rides. Also installed additional items purchased on the day. Thanks again.

Purchased my new bike this week. It wasn’t that exciting experience in buying it. On delivery day, they couldn’t be bothered to explain anything about the bike, what to do or not to do. They just gave me the bike and left.

Looks like a good job with replacing my tyres with airless tannus tyres and swapping over my pedals. However, the person who answered the phone at West RYDE did not register my booking details with the mechanic after I had made a booking the week before. Also, despite describing the job and letting the person on the phone know that this job was the replacement of 2 Tannus airless tyres I was quoted $20/tyre + changing over pedals, which they said they would do for free. When I dropped off my bike the mechanics said they under quoted the job so the price went up to $30/tyre as it was a complex tyre. I then received a subsequent call that the tyres were very complex and that I was now going to be charged $50/tyre. When I picked up my bike the price had gone up to $120 for the job! I questioned it and the mechanic took the price down to $105. May I suggest that quotes and bookings are made effectively in the future.

Placed my order couple times, and all items were made ready for collection within 1-2 hours.. That is cool.

It just... I still don't understand reason for additional charge for "store pickup" order below $40.
Should not this method benefiting both buyer and seller? Seller does not have to courier item, mean cheaper price and practically it is faster than post-delivery.

I left my second hand bike to get everything fix and replace. I rode my bike when I came back and feels like new .
Very happy with Keith and the other staff at the shop at West Ryde .

No problems with product delivery on time as this was a gift I think it should have been wrapped in brown paper so as least covering what was in box to help hide product

Baught a new bike for my 7 year old. Simon was very helpful and an absolute professional. I have been visiting West Ryde store over many months now and It's always easy to work with him and gave us good help choosing the bike.

I have come in for a service and the all staff members were very helpful from start to finish.
Staff members who I spoke to were all very knowledgeable and gave feedback to have a better ride.

Always good products, and great prices, but we ordered too many gloves and so had to return this pair. Way cheaper than anywhere else though. So I returned it in store, but was disappointed to be kept waiting over fifteen minutes at the counter to be served, with barely an acknowledgement.

I called Simon at 99Bikes Ryde at 4pm this afternoon. Two hours later we are home with a fantastic new Merida Bike for my little boy.

Simon’s in-depth knowledge and absolutely superb customer service has ensured we will go back again, in spite of the Artarmon Branch being minutes away from us. We had quite a negative experience there earlier this afternoon. Thank you again Simon, you were great. Dee & boys
