Jay and the team did a fantastic job with a 100mile tub relocation including a tricky crane lift over a garden wall and shrubs. The team were friendly and helpful, positioning the tub precisely where I wanted it to the centimetre! Recommended.

I can recommend these guys. I've recently moved and they moved my hot tub. Converted to a heat source pump that runs cheap and efficient. Also repairs done and new lid was delivered. One happy lady

Amazing service. So quick and reliable. Quick turn arround for a hot tub removal, was done within 3 days of the quote.
Was not expensive at all, and was cheaper than most competors with the quickest delivery time also. Went above and beyond when i asked to bring something else up on the journey. Both lads who delivered was brilliant, got the hot tub safe to us. 5 star, cannot fault at all.

Horrendous company to deal with.
Bought 2nd hand hot tub from private seller and needed to arrange movement. Very difficult to deal with on the phone and despite giving full details of dimensions of tub and exit route from garden, when they arrived they then said they couldn't move it as needed Hiab which they didn't have there.
Rude man called to tell me it couldn't be done that day, he wanted payment for their inconvenience but would return the following week to do the Hiab move.
Despite chasing daily for an update on when this would happen heard nothing back from them.
Have made alternative arrangements with a different company who are much easier to deal with.

*Amendment - the rudeness was from the person we were speaking to on the phone, not the guys who arrived to do the move. They were very polite.

Absolutely brilliant company . Great guys , great communication and faultless transition. Would defo use them again and recommend them 100%.

we live in Norfolk. called to get a price for hot tub re-location as they came recommended by the company we purchased our hot tub from. called to make arrangements and they happened to be in the area that day and our hot tub was collected and relocated within 7 hours of me contacting them. absolutely fantastic service and guys who came to do the move for us were very professional and very helpful. thanks again for fitting us in last minute, we won’t try and do it ourselves again.

Brilliant moved a hot tub from a tricky place no issues at all then had cleaned and serviced by them as well I have no hesitation about recommending them and I will certainly be using them again for any hot tub service or repair needed thank you so much

Excellent service. We needed our hot tub moved and serviced and A2B tubs offered a great price and were available in good time. The engineers who came were so kind and helpful and got the job done without any fuss. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

My Tidal Fit swim spa, one month out of warranty from another supplier, broke. Their 'laid back' response, "We'll have to order a new circulation pump from the manufacturer cost £185 plus £180 to fit. We don't know when it will arrive but have booked a provisional visit in ten days time in case the pump has arrived by then."
I rang A2b tubs late on Friday afternoon and explained the situation. At eight o'clock on Monday morning two engineers arrived from A2b tested the swim spa and fitted a new heater coil. "Nothing wrong with the pump," they explained. Total cost of the repair £200 including parts and labour. Staggering since I'm in South-Wales and the engineers travelled from Chesterfield. Excellent, honest service from A2b which I cannot fault.

Excellent service carried out promptly and very efficiently with photos and videos to show me what was done, as hot tub is in a holiday let and I couldn’t be there. Very easy to communicate with.

The company managed to book me in within two days of me enquiring. The staff were very helpful and kept all parties in the know when the they arrive to collect the hot tub and drop off the hot tub give a call when they were 4mins away. They were fast and efficient. Would 100% recommend or used again for relocation or servicing of my hot tub. Big thanks to Ryan and the Aiden.

Great service by the team we had a renovation carried out at the property and had to relocate the tub and these guys did it with minimum fuss and were polite and professional throughout.

A2b tubs were fantastic with the collection and delivery of our hot tub. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend them.
