Communication was very poor.
The product was very good. I was happy with that but the communication with the company was very poor. I was given various different delivery dates and times by phone and tracking, and not one of them was correct.I received an email confirming the delivery date and even that was incorrect. Poor communication caused a lot of stress.

Delivery was well within the date I was given. Delivery driver was very helpful and put the items in the hallway for me. Would certainly use them again.

Good value but disappointing after care
Super value for money & quick delivery. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is ...the delivery guy broke a wall. Customer service were good, as I sent video evidence. They asked for cost of repairing. I have sent this twice and have heard nothing back. It's an extra cost for us, which we can do without. So disappointed they have not responded
