If I could rate a 0 I most certainly would! I received my flooring before I went on holiday it was all boxed up, when I went away my father in law laid the floor and when he sent a photo of it I realised something wasn’t right! It’s completely different to what I ordered! But A2z flooring are saying it’s the same one. I’ve put a photo of the one I ordered next to the one that they sent me, nothing at all like the photo online! Complete false advertisement. If I could attach a photo I most certainly would as it’s not even close to the one advertised

When we spoke with you, you mentioned that the plank sizes appeared different from the website photos. Please note that all plank sizes and measurements are clearly stated in the product description to ensure accuracy before purchasing.
We always strive to accommodate our customers, and had the product not been fitted, we would have happily arranged a return and refund. However, as the flooring had already been installed, it was no longer eligible for return as it could not be resold.

Avoid them. Products don't arrive and just get cancelled
Don't answer the phone. Ordered a door bar on 5th December. Carpet fitter couldn't come back to fit it as it never turned up. When I went to track it it says cancelled. If you cancelled it then why not refund us. Awful company. Don't reply to emails either. Had to get refund through PayPal luckily I paid through them. Avoid

Iv had 2 orders within a week both times the ‘tracking’ was horrendous no update up until it came to delivery, First one was for my living room my delivery was estimated the 12th then changed to the 14th which was fine but I then got a text on the 13th saying my delivery was on its way and was being delivered between 22.03pm and 00.03am I stayed up and the ‘tracking’ said it was still coming then at 00.03am it changed to it wasn’t coming until the 18th I then called on the 14th to find out why this is as I had stayed up for the delivery I was then told delivery was actually on its way that day (14th) it did come but the delivery guy literally left it on my path asked me to sign then jumped in his van.. my partner did call as he was so annoyed that I was left to struggle and my partner was told on the phone the delivery driver should have helped me get it onto the stairs. My second delivery was supposed to be the 18th and it only came today (20th) I think the tracking definitely needs to be updated and delivery dates should be updated before the actual day it’s due if it’s not going to be here

Company great, prices very reasonable,
Only downside was I purposely asked to be informed prior to delivery so I could be there to receive items but the driver failed to contact and they were left on the front doorstep for anyone to take.
First I knew they had arrived was a photo of them.
I had to rush round to take them in.
Immediately I rang you to inform you of what had happened. It was clearly written on the parcel.

I got texts to tell me exactly when my parcel was being delivered then 20 minutes before it was delivered I got phone call to let me know the delivery was on its way it was really good to be kept informed and the delivery guy was so nice he carried the large parcel into my hall I'm very pleased with the service
