Got messed about with delivery dates

I would give it 0 stars if there was an option. The bed they delivered was faulty. Am still waiting for a refund. They failed to deliver when they said they would. They left me without a bed for 4 weeks including over Christmas. Customer service was shockingly unhelpful and rude. Avoid ordering from this company at all costs, unless you want to be disappointed.

Good quality product delivered promptly and on time

We were very happy with the adjustable bed and my mum loves it. We did need to wait in all day for the delivery. There was a problem later with the mattress and customer services were very good in sorting it out and exchanging it.

I recently purchased a Devan bed for my spare room as a guest bed. The bed and mattress are both fantastic and so-so comfy. From ordering this bed to delivery was smooth. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful bed at a good price real value for money.

This is an easy review to write. The headboard is really lovely , it feels and looks more expensive than it was. From placing my order to delivery the service was impeccable. All the guys I spoke to on the phone were so polite and helpful. Right down to delivery on the day Bugsy the driver was brilliant called enroute and arrival , he couldn’t have done enough. You were all brilliant guys! Thank you . I would highly recommend this company .

We bought a double ottoman bed which arrived on time and well packaged. We got great value for money and the product was good quality for the price and as described. Only reason for dropping one star is because one of the bed halves had some slight scuff marks on it - which wiped clean.

Fabulous bed, mattress and service, definitely recommend

Good beds for the price, delivery all ok.

They are very cheap, but the bed is not that cheerful. I bought a bed for my mother who is 87, when they delivered it they left it in the porch. It is only a ground floor flat with perfect access so I think they should have taken it a few feet more into her bedroom.
It didn't seem to have enough plastic wrapping so it has dirty marks on it, this is not enough to go to the hassle of trying to return it, so I will try and clean the marks off the cream bed as best I can.
The bed itself is OK, but a bit flimsy and the fabric is paper thin and see through.
As it was so cheap you can't expect perfection and my review reflects this with an average score of 3, not great not terrible, just about acceptable but should be better.

Our headboard is perfect, materials great and design is as described, looks better than imagined! Would recommend.

Good comfy bed, good quality for price, good communications and delivered at time we asked for.

There was some miscommunication with delivery dates but the driver who was delivering the bed was completely understanding and helped with rearranging a redelivery without any extra costs. I was very grateful to the staff for all their help.

First delivery - memory foam mattress was 6 ins not 8ins
Second delivery- exchanged first mattress. Not quite 8 inches and when pressed came down to zero
Absolute rubbish

Delivered fine.
Had to drill new holes to attach headboard as the holes in the two planks of wood included did not align.
Feels a little flimsy - one of the wheels fell off.
Apart from that looks good now it's in place.
