Would Recommend

Quick contact made to arrange delivery. Bed arrived quickly although after agreed time slot on delivery day due to motorway accident which was out of their control.
Bed as described except holes in headboard fixings were drilled in the wrong place which was odd so had to drill my own in the correct place. Fairly minor thing in the scheme of things otherwise would have rated as 5^.

Great price but bad delivery time

Great price but the delivery time and their process was the worst, if you value your time and delivery is time sensitive. If you are not in a hurry for the bed and don't care when it arrives - all good. If, like me, you cannot let a flat out without it, it may cost you a lot with the delay.

shame really I was happy with…

shame really I was happy with everything up until I had what I thought was a couple of easy to solve faults (headboard had out of align pre-drilled holes the headboard struts were too short which in turn made the headboard loose & the large drawer was catching on o pieces of corner plastic trim). A company I feel is only as good as the customer services at for things mentioned above but try calling and they only have an email customers service department!!! they require you take pictures and videos and then email them (for the not so technically minded this would be a nightmare) even once you have done that and great details they actually don't even correctly read / view what you have sent to the point that they thought I had put the headboard struts on upside down I could go on and on but I wont bore everyone. As it stands I had to solve the headboard struts by drilling new holes myself and I think the large end drawer will be used only Christmas decorations that way i only have to open and close twice a year. Just another quick point for everyone to note if when browsing the website pre purchase you have a very quick and helpful service after purchase despite "name x" joining the chat then leaving you sit and wait without any response because you mention customer service. If it was me i would never use them again which is a shame because the bed was good value for money.

Great bed, delivery not so good.

The bed we purchased was really good, but the delivery information was very sketchy. This bed was in a sale and therefore ex-stock, but we did not receive any details about when it would be delivered. After an e-mail enquiry from us a few days after hearing nothing, we were told that we would be called with the delivery day, we replied to that mail stating the days we would not be available. We then received a call saying the bed would be delivered on one of those days, upon hearing we were not available on that day, we were told they would have to contact us again with a new delivery date. This they duly did only for it to be on another of the days we were unavailable (there were only two dates!), this was a clear case of poor communication between AAAbeds and their couriers. We finally received the bed 3-4 weeks from purchasing, the lack of communication made the whole process very frustrating.

I ordered a bed not so long ago from…

I ordered a bed not so long ago from AAA beds and it was so easy to do online. I received a confirmation email straight away and then got a txt a few days later with the date and times it was going to be delivered. The bed I received is as good as it looks onlie and so easy to put together.

Lovely mattress

Lovely mattress, but base wasn’t very well made i.e the stitching and I couldn’t put the clippers to connect the double bed base together...also no instructions!

Good Company/Unsuitable Delivery

Single divan bed was as expected. Was inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Headboard did not have the wooden slats attached to it, therefore, we had to do this ourselves. There were no holes for the screws so we had to use an electric drill for this. Had reason to contact the company on another matter and their response was excellent and they rectified the problem very quickly. Delivery was not suitable. The delivery company used only delivered to the ground floor front door. This was a retirement complex and the flat was on the first floor. Not ideal for a pensioner.
