my son is very pleased with his new mattress has a injured back problem and found the mattress so comfy he does not want to get up!!!!!!!

Poor quality product and dreadful service. Goods arrived damaged and in the end I gave up trying to resolve the matter. I arranged for the bed base to be repaired myself.

Delivery time took far to long and when chased I was told deliveries were a few days behind. After chasing again i was then told there were non in stock untill the following week.

Delivery finally arrived after nearly a month. The first box opened was awful quality. Then I noticed I had received 3 boxes but 2 of them were the same. This meant I had to wait again for the missing box. Eventually the bed has been assembled, builds together ok but quality of paintwork is not great.

After contacting customer services a number of times with very long wait time to be answered I eventually got a £50 partial discount for the hassle.

I won't be ordering again and probably won't recommend unless you are happy to receive shoddy quality, get what you pay for I guess.

Excellent bed let down by the finishing of the upholstery on the base but functionally and comfort very good !

If this was the last bed company in the world I'd rather sleep on the floor. Louise in customer service is almost incompetent. The call centre staff are rude and inept and the delivery of the mattress was really late. The best thing about this company was the polite delivery man.

Cheap mattress with even cheaper customer service.

Their delivery was days late. I phoned but was almost never able to get through. Their service is AWFUL! They refuse to deliver a bed into a bedroom. Barely helped my husband move the bed into the house. The delivery man shouted at me. Can not believe how terrible it is. Not to mention the product itself was awful. The bed didn't even fit properly (it was a bed with a trunk bed underneath). We tried to get it the bottom bit exchanged it took them another month. The craftsmanship of the bed is shoddy! Terrible experience will NEVER buy from them again. I would suggest you don't either.

I ordered a king size ottomen bed and headboard. I do think it looks very cheap and I really dislike the headboard I ordered. I thought it would of been better quality. I had little marks all over it. Don't think it will last long. Headboard makes such a noise every time you move it bangs agains the wall and is very flimsy. My 12 year old grandson isn't very big so I don think it should be that noises.

I had to wait rather a long time for my delivery I was given one excuse after another When I finally got my bed I was satisfied with but I don’t think I will be recommending this company to my friends or family

The divan bed and mattress were delivered on time at an excellent price. The bed is very comfortable, looks good and well made. A great buy!

Excellent – I would recommend this company to anyone, I have a Hotel and AAAbeds have delivered my beds within four days from placing my order, I have now place three orders with then and will order more beds in the future

Excellent service, pleased with the bed I purchased.

Bed wasn't worth the money. Had to return it because it wouldn't fit. After sales not very good. Couldn't find the bed being returned. Quite an ordeal

Communication was excellent, delivery was spot on and the bed is very comfortable. I would buy from Aaabeds again.
