Took longer to deliver than indicated. Quality not as good as I expected, but you get what you pay for!!! However delivery man was very pleasant,happy and friendly

Good service, but some instruction on putting the bed together would have been nice.

I purchased the the bed a d paid for express delivery.

The bed took longer than I thought to arrive and when ringing the phone numbers recommended the phone was always busy or the phone was left to ring.

When I finally got through I asked for the delivery team to call an hour before he arrive because I was given between 10-6 delivery time and needed to get someone to let him I as I was at work. He didn't which caused a panic luck for me my neighbours were available.

The cherry on the cake came when you then sent me an email discounting the bed I had just purchased.

Great bed, fantastic price and delivery driver was very helpful in bringing the bed in to the house, and really polite

I give 2 stars only because of the delivery service. The bed is nice and of good quality so
I would advice if you don't live on the ground floor then be ready to take it up yourself as it won't be delivered to your door.

Nice firm mattresses. Delivery a bit late, with no contact, as they were waiting for a larger order. If they had informed me, I would have given 5 stars.

Bed arrived with driver and no assistant, and too heavy/bulky for him to lift alone. If I had not been able bodied, and able to help, may have been one sta experiencr! The bed delivered without the head board I ordered, and had to wait a further week!
Poor service, unable to speak on phone. Originally, I paid for express delivery, but this was cancelled due to them being unable to deliver. Received a refund, but not the point. Need to do better than this!

beds are good, but we waited a month for delivery, instead of the stated 4-6 days, and the couriers messed up about with dates so that eventually we had to accept delivery over the bank holiday weekend, which was very inconvenient. We chose AAA beds because of their promised short lead time (4-6 days). In the intervening month, we were relying on having the beds for 3 sets of guests, and were let down. The firm needs to provide realistic delivery promises.

I was quite sceptical about using AAA beds however I’m so glad I did. Our bed is unbelievably comfortable and of good quality.

Part of the bed base was broken when it was delivered and when I spoke to customer services they quickly arranged a replacement to be sent out (however they did initially ignore my request for Saturday delivery on the replacement which was quite irritating).

Quality poor but expected with price. Delivery ground floor only but again in line with prices. You get what you pay for.

The quality of the Joseph bed and mattress we received was terrible. The bed was flimsy and poorly constructed. The mattress caved in and offered no support. Then the company charged us £79 to return it - a completely unjustifiable amount. Terrible quality and terrible service. We will never buy anything from this company again.

I love this bed, very well made and comfy. It was excellent value for money. Great customer service too.
