Delivery was on time. The product was as pictured. The only downfall for the company is the way to communicate with them as they have provided a telephone number but for some reason nobody is answering or it’s always busy. Tried to email them and they replied not long after. It would’ve been a better experience if the telephone number is working due to the several negative feedbacks it would give future customer more confidence.

Bed is great and Company were good to deal with.

These guys were amazing. They thought (rightly) that I had made an odd style choice when they saw my Internet order and rang me up to suggest I chose different colours. When I said I wanted blue, they volunteered to make the whole bed blue for no extra charge. When the beds came, they were indeed blue, and they were lovely. They are a tad lightweight and do move around but they are not expensive, and they represent good value for the money that you pay. My children have been sleeping on them happily for a month now. The trundle guest beds also seem fine though we have not used them yet. Overall, a delight to deal with this company and thoroughly recommended.

I wish I read the reviews before placing an order. I had a lot of trouble for the ottoman bed frames I ordered in fabric material. The frames were flimsy and poor quality, the material was very cheap in looks and feel, I didn’t even open the frames fully I just wanted to return them, partly due to the fact I ordered small singles but they look like for toddlers!

When I called to exchange the size to single frames which were advertised for same price, I was told To email customer service and have to pay £79 for EACH FRAME for collection and additional £59 for EACH FRAME for changing the size and colour when these were standard frames not made to order.

I decided to return The frames instead out of principle as I don’t agree with all additional costs. The customer service guy was very rude on email and the chain of emails only stressed me further, it took 2 weeks of back and forward emails in which he referred the collection cost is stated in their terms and conditions. I read the terms and conditions which only stated £79 collection fee, not for Each frame or any further additional costs, which made me more annoyed and I quoted their terms and conditions in the email and stated I will take this further. Than their was a sudden switch... someone else responded to my email saying both frames will be collected and only £79 collection fee will be deducted. As I paid through PayPal my refund was processed within few days of collection.

By the way bedworld and AAA beds are same company so keep clear of both.

Overall from the time of order to collection it took 6 weeks and I was without frames with stress over something which should have been a straight forward process.

After receiving refund less the collection fee I placed my order with Divanbasedirect.co.uk for the same type of frames and it was absolutely opposite experience. From the quality of bed frames to customer service and delivery everything was superb. I would definitely recommend “divan base direct.co.uk”.

Bed was a great price, great quality, and looks great. I would have given 5 stars but the mattress had a minor defect on it, but not worth the hassle of returning it. Very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a memory foam double bed for myself, delivery was very quick and the delivery men were excellent, the mattress is one of the most comfiest I have had and so cosy, would definitely buy from AAA beds again, I also recommended them to my friends, won't shop anywhere else for my next one.

the headboard divan has collapsed, and needs replacing I will send photos to prove it

The service excellent. Contact poor. Quality very poor. Goods description very poor. Mattress definitely not for those with bad back or who suffer other body alignments . Matress very very soft. Not med to hard. As described on your site. Really the only good part of bed was base. The matress material cheap in a properiate for purpose.
Will have to buy new mattress.

Good service and delivery would use again.

My bed arrived with an incorrectly sized frame (small double instead of a double).

I contacted the company to arrange an exchange, the first available slot was over a week later. I asked my father to stay in that day to let them in, but they never arrived or even contacted me to let me know they couldn’t make it.

Over two weeks after the initial delivery date i finally received the correct bed. The company were very dismissive when I approached them for compensation for my losses (2 weeks rent on the room and 2 days of my fathers time).

I would not recommend this company.

We were very hopeful,of our bed being delivered in the timescale. As we had moved home and were sleeping on an airbed.
Several calls; some got answered.with apology for delay,then reason was, I had ordered on wrong day , for proposed delivery date.in area, Then volume of delivery,was too big, to bring us the bed, Three weeks ,and we finally received the bed, Single delivery man, that asked my wife for help (as i wasnt home, because he had missed the text .. stated delivery time) One headboard,bolt wont screw in , as alignment with internal nut,wont line up. But as i was losing the will to live, I have made do, for now,

No problems,item arrived as described,prompt delivery.

Bed is ok but delivery men left the bed outside my house they didn’t even bring it inside. Totally irresponsible people

When I can to put the. Ed together there were no proper instructions had to figure it out myself.
