One of the best car rental services I've used. From airport pickup to handing over and returning the car the whole process was very smooth and hassle free. They played a big role in making our recent visit to Greece a memorable one. I'll use their services again for sure.

Super easy and fast rental process with these guys. There are no hidden charges and unexpected surprises. I got to their location within 3-4 minutes from the airport, I didn't knew they also offer a free shuttle bus service otherwise I would have used that but I'll surely use it next time. Their cars are in excellent quality and new. 10/10 service!

We ordered a car form aacars and everything was smooth. Fast shuttle bus from and to airport. Free bottle of waters while we waited 10-15 minutes in their office and the team was very very friendly. The best part was that they did not asked us to pay extra ''insurance'' like other companies do. Thanks guys!

Total SCAM. Search for another company to rent a car. They leave a family at the airport unless we would pay 150! Euros fine (which was 75% of the amount we had to pay for the car for 2 weeks). Ridiculous! No car and no money back.

Dont use this company got a car with service lamp, tire and anti spin lamp was on.
They said that its no problem, ”The mechanic forgot too take it away”

Order a babychair and it was too diry too use.

Dident take the car, they took the deposit of 1400 euro and I got it back 3 months later and lost 100 euro beacuse its not the same rate anymore.

Dont use this company you will only have problem.

Just good the entire way though on all parameters. Well done. We have rented cars at many different companies in many countries and it did not always went well.

We highly do not recommend this rental company.
This rental company gave us a vehicle with a deflating right front tire. We reported the problem to them, but they didn't offer us a replacement vehicle, only to re-inflate the tire and check its pressure. Although we re-inflated it at the service station, the tire finally burst on the last day. Not only was this uncomfortable, it also put our family at risk.
In addition, the car seat we were provided with was extremely dirty, and its foam was showing signs of decomposition. We categorically refused this seat, before the staff offered us a second one in a more suitable condition.

Would give 0 stars if that was an.option.This car company commits FRAUD. Do not hire from them!!! I recently took a trip to Thessonaliki and hired a Nissan Micra. I ended up waiting over an hour with my disabled mum at the airport waiting for the pick up vehicle. I tried calling the office but had no answer. Another driver waiting for passengers managed to contact the AA Cars driver who does the pick ups and he eventually arrived blaming Economy Bookings for the issue of not having my contact details to call me. I got to the car eventually but it looked rough and i noted all the existing damage on the sheet which was everywhere. But as we were all tired after waiting around and it was dark and also very ate and I drove the car but struggled on the motorway as there was an issue with headlights being very dim and I could barely see the road. I had to drive all the way for 2 hours with by finger on full beam. I messaged them on the emergency WhatsApp number the next day but no one replied. The office rep also said i was covered for damage when i had paid for my booking in the office as i specifally asked him to check. I didn't drive the car again until I returned the car to the office as it didn't feel safe. I returned the car intact after driving slowly back to the AA office and the office staff member said they were happy with it and even returned me to the airport for my flight IN YHE SAME HIRE CAR. The car was already in bad shape and now they have taken €1400 from my credit card account with no correspondence or email to show proof and had also said the car was returned okay. I was told the deposit at the point of payment was only a formality in case i didn't return the car - the car wasnt even worth that amount !!! They didn't identify any issues or mention any damage on my return. After seeing the money withdrawn from my account I called the emergency no but they are not answering my calls and put the phone down when I called the office to ask why they took my deposit after a month. I was upset and wanted an explanation and only asked to speak to someone who could help. Their reply was terrible and upsetting. I've contacted my bank and am taking legal advice. I will report this everywhere I can as their reviews say something else to how they actually operate. Don't make the same mistake as this is really stressful - I feel robbed.
