Exceptional service! Our flight was delayed by two hours but when we arrived we rang outside of working hours, and we had a car come pick us up in under 10minutes. We did have to pay a charge for the out of hours working but it was still understandable as the office was shut at the time of our arrival. The pick up service as fast and smooth and the drop off was even quicker, with no issues it was really delightful. Thank you +

The car was of white colour and had more than 50 small damage spots everywhere in front and back of car. When I received the car they took plenty of pictures and said: do not worry. When I returned the car these pictures were no longer available and they pointed to one scratch that could be wiped away by water. Then they charged me 310 euros thereafter for the damage. It is a rip-off company that has a clear-cut strategy to get your money. Please do not make the same mistake!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT AN UNEXPECTED CHARGE AFTER RETURNING THE VEHICLE. I never write reviews but I am fuming with this company. Had no problems on picking up the vehicle. On drop off, I found it a bit strange that I was asked if we had any photos or videos of the car but signed the paperwork to say everything was fine. We then noticed a charge on our card when we were back home for £265. I contacted AA cars, were told I would get a response in 2-10 business days. We are now over this time limit and I am just being ignored.
After posting reviews of the company, I finally received a response to be told that apparently the vehicle is damaged which we knew nothing about, the vehicle was returned as we found it and all the paperwork was signed. I am now being called a liar and apparently the manager is missing so I’ve now got to wait 35 business days!

Just an update we are now 12th December and no response from anyone. Just to add at the time I submitted reviews on Google and Facebook and they were deleted by the company. They are not legit reviews on those two sites. They only want to keep reviews that they are happy for potential customers to see.

I have spoken to many members of the team over the past week due to various issues, but the team have been great! They’ve kept me updated constantly throughout the process and informed me of any issues straight away. They are friendly and do their best to support.
Thanks to AACars I managed to obtain car finance on a car I wanted. Thanks a bunch! Would definitely use again.

I have been in AAcars 3 times in the last 7 months, excellent service, friendly and professional staff. Everything is included in the price and no extra insurances. Also, if you are lucky or if you asked for you may take free upgrade. The cars are well-prepared, new and clean. Employees are always on time at the meeting point in airport and the drop of is also immediate.
I trust the company and enjoy every time!!

Our car had been driven 177.000 km. when we picked the car up. The car appeared very old with dents and scratches all over and at the same time the seats were marked after much use.

It took 1,5 hour to rent the car. It took AACar 45 minutes to pick us up in the airport - the office is a little drive from the airport.

When we pointed out to AACars, that the car was (to) old with a lot of dents and scratches, we were accused of being rude to the employees!

I will choose another company next time.

Just a comment to AA-Cars: AACars wrote the model was 2016 to Discovercars.com, who we thankfully rented the car through. I do believe, that the car was much more older. At least the car appeared very old with 177.000 driven kilometers. And no - not only 3-4 dents and scrates - they were all over - the only rental car we have rented, where I was totally certain that it wouldn't be stolen. And yes. AACars made us pay 50 euro for cleaning of the car. We had pictures, that we did not make the damage. It was there before, we got it. And AACars could not deliver a picture showing ud the damage (the man taken the car into investigation was on holliday, they argue) - and we did not want to use more time on this rental. So we payed.

I know, who is lying and making false accusations. Your next costumer will deside themselves.

Great service, pleasant and helpful attendants, reliable and professional - even at 4 in the morning. Worry free car rental, I would certainly go back.

Very much satisficed with the service and quality, would recommend to anyone to use AACARS.

The staff was very friendly, everything was organized in a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. I was offered to upgrade the car from A to C class with no additional charge. The car was brand new, only droven 12,000 km, very clean and nice. By returning, the inspection and paperworks were done by reps. of AACARS literally in 5 minutes, I was only required sign papers. Staff is very polite and friendly.
