I am in love with Abacus! The power of this tool is unmatched. It has learned me so well over the past few months that it can almost speak in my voice. The more I use it, the better it gets. It has created websites, databases, dashboards, and social media posts. This is a must-have for a small business.

Abacus Ai periodically take ( random ) amounts of money from my bank account. This deceptive behaviour has caused this company reputations. Stay well clear!

You only get a very limited amount of use from the monthly fee and cant do anything with it and must buy credits right away not a good experience.

Too good to be true and too many things wrong to count.
To start they have billing distrust, abysmal customer service and last but certainly not least a Buggy Core User Experience.
Imagine reloading a blank white screen every 15-30min and getting your work deleted.
Really a shame cause they could've been greater.

I have been using abacus for 3-4 weeks now and made some realy cool applications with it. Sometimes the AI is frustrating but if you ask the right questions it will do the work for you. I am very happy with it and recommend this app to everyone.

One of the best and most complete tools on the market right now. I've been using it for six months. No need to subscribe to a bunch of different tools that keeps changing and you have to navigate from one tool to the other. This one: Onechat has all the tools. You can switch from one tool to the other one without leaving the conversation. So, all your questions answered by the best AI tool in one single conversation. The best of all, you don't need to know which tool works best for your request because the route LLM will make that decision for you. You can make your own project. You have access to a lot of paid tools and you have everything you need to create workflow AI agent, and literally a full complete app with MCP, and full access to API. It's just the best tool on the market compared to anything else I've been testing so far and trust me I've been testing a lot! The only caveat is there is no free trial, but it's only $10 US per month to have access to incredible value. They have a referral or affiliate program where you will get from anyone you refer 5$ commission, and it's an ongoing monthly commission. I have been upgraded to the $20/month plan because I'm using a lot of the Deep Agent and building apps with it in Vibe Coding. It's so good that I really don't mind paying that extra money. In fact, if I was to buy only one of those tools alone, it would cost me about the same amount of money or more, just for this one tool, when I have access to about 33 LLMs with Abacus (including multiple pro version like nano banana pro, perplexity pro, Gemini pro, Claude, Deepseek, etc. )

steer away people. Everything behind this entire service is vibecoded through hell and extremelly slow and sluggish.
Their self-proclaimed "top tier" desktop application and CLI (meant to replace their previous flop CodeLLM), with blatant lies such as "...significantly outperforming claude..", isnt even remotely ready as a production app.
The one thing holding me to this was the ability to utilize certain free agentic models with my code editor, but thats ofc now part of the pro model, where the alternatives such as openrouter, claude etc are waaaaaaaayy better than this garbage.
Unsubscribing wasnt easy either. Save yourself some pain and take your money far away from here.

I’ve used many AI platforms over the years — Lovable, Claude (premium), Google Antigravity, and more — and I can honestly say ABACUS.AI has been the worst experience by far.

DeepAgent charges credits for every single response, even when the system is malfunctioning. The platform constantly breaks, gets stuck in repetitive loops, repeats the same mistakes over and over, and wastes your credits without delivering usable results. Instead of helping, it feels like you’re paying to watch the AI glitch out.

Their system is unreliable, unstable, and incredibly frustrating to use. The amount of time and money I lost dealing with errors, loops, and unusable responses is unacceptable. And when the platform malfunctions, you still get charged — no refunds, no credit returns, nothing.

After this project is done, I’m permanently done with ABACUS.AI. I’m warning anyone considering this platform: stay far away. There are many better AI options out there that don’t charge you for their mistakes.

Save your time, save your money, and choose another platform. ABACUS.AI is absolutely not worth it.

I had the ai eating my credits with no results so I emailed their support but no reply at all horrible company

I have emailed them asking a few questions, and a few days have passed with no reply yet. It's frustrating. Since there is no phone number to call them, the email should have been very active!!

I want to warn potential customers about Abacus.AI and specifically the ChatLLM Teams subscription.
My experience has been extremely disappointing.

I explicitly asked for correct, step-by-step technical guidance with prior online verification. Despite multiple confirmations, I repeatedly received incorrect or not-verified instructions (including issues with Solana CLI installation and devnet faucet usage). This caused repeated errors, lost hours of work, and a completely unusable workflow.

But the biggest problem is the total absence of customer support.
Since November 5, I have contacted their support team several times — and received zero responses. Not a single reply. No follow-up. No assistance. Nothing.

I eventually filed a formal complaint and asked for a refund, but even that was ignored. For a product that claims to offer professional AI support, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

My advice:
Do not fall for this. The platform does not deliver what it promises, the quality is poor, and there is simply no support. You only lose money while plenty of alternatives exist that actually respond and provide real assistance.

At this point, I cannot recommend Abacus.AI at all.

Using Abacus.ai felt like being promised the Taj Mahal and getting handed a bunk bed at a backpacker hostel. On paper, everything looked shiny. In reality, it felt like I’d paid for a magic carpet ride and got a frayed doormat instead.

In my own experience, the customer support felt invisible. Like yelling into a canyon and only hearing my own sad echo come back. I signed up expecting a guided tour. Instead, it felt like wandering around an empty building with the lights flickering.

Very quickly I realized the platform wasn’t living up to the grand parade they advertised. And once you’re in, it feels like the meter keeps running no matter how loudly you tap the brakes.

If someone asked me whether to use it, my honest answer would be: probably not. There are better places to spend your time, money, and sanity.

Waste credits, makes you spend thousands by purposefully removing features, and finding ways to repeat the same error, or flaw. Deliberately repeats same answers even if multiprompted. Waste of money too expensive and overhype.

50,000 credits in one month for a pile of shite

They don't answer their e-mails. I got charged for another month a day before so I tried to get a refund (Ofc I didn't use the service) and I've sent multiple e-mails and never got an answer.

I think 'document processing' is how they are stealing money from us. I have been using this for a few months. There is an anomaly that keeps popping up. DOCUMENT PROCESSING. It uses hundreds of credits. Ive monitored this. Heres the thing, I have NOT made or processed any documents! But it keeps popping up for no reason, of course 'support' are useless. I think this is actually is a scam.

I want to warn others about this system, as it quickly consumes credits and costs much more than expected while delivering poor outcomes. I followed the initial directions, and it started off costing $20, but the expenses escalated rapidly. In just two days, I have spent over $200 trying to generate a book, and I received zero quality in return.

I've reached out to support to request a full refund. If my request is not honoured, I will take further action with my bank over fraudulent charges, as I believe this service is unsolicited and a scam. Please be cautious before investing your money!

Most of these YouTubers are using about 4,000 credits, 20% of their monthly credits, just in the few examples used in less than half an hour to demonstrate this "incredible tool." The problem is that Abicus AI has so many YouTubers tricking people into thinking it's a great deal. Abicus will rip you off, waste your time, and when their system malfunctions and steals your credits, and even admit to it, they will not give you your credits back or reimburse you, even with screenshots for proof. ABICUS YOU DID ME DIRTY!!!! The same $20 a month with any other AI will last all month. $20 with Abicus AI last 1 or 2 days. Serious. I emailed them on Sept 29th when Abicus used 11,000 credits for one task and gave no result. I asked what happened, and it said it had malfunctioned. I asked to give me the results, but it said now I had to putchase more credits. I emailed their customer service, they responded with "We updated your credits." I checked. Nothing changed. I emailed them back and said nothing had changed. They replied with the same thing AGAIN! Yet, nothing changed. I emailed them again and said, "You keep saying you 'updated' my credits, but that obviously doesn't do anything. Will you please give my credits back or reimburse me?" They quit responding.
