What I like the most is the possibility to use a variety of LLMs in one place. However the use of the deep Agent is not very intuitive and I'm still struggling to figure it out.

Charged $19.66

Charged $19.66, but service/product was not delivered as promised. Tried contacting the company multiple times, no response. Had to open a bank dispute to get my money back.

Pure scam

Pure scam. When you reach 75% credit usage, you will no longer be able to use any of the free models. They tell when I use these free versions and they still consume my credits, I end up with only 25% remaining by the end of the month because the credits get used up anyway. But hell no - even the so-called free ChatGPT 5 Mini, which is advertised as free, will be blocked by the system. You can't use the service.

This feels misleading—almost like cheating. Isn’t this a form of deception? Has no one filed a lawsuit against them yet? If not, it’s only a matter of time.

Feels like a bad startup

Paid for a month, but they do not allow you to use thousands of credits after the month ended. Others do, so I recommend using fake accounts for free credits. Also, you'll be lost on their webpage as it is kind a labyrinth. Took me too much time to find an official support email - again, all other companies I am using put support in the first row, not Abacus. Their replies do not start with a "Hello!" and "Best Regards", they are just impolite short emails. I am out and do not recommend them in my tech bubble.

I hoped for better quality

Its good to have all LLMs in one. But the pricing strategy and customer management is horrible. Also at some point, one just wastes the credits for nothing because AI is suddenly acting weird. There is no information or way to compensate this.
(I was using it for the past three months)

Rapid Credit Burn in CodeLLM (Sonnet 4…

SCAMMER ALERT!!! I used your CodeLLM with the so-called “Sonnet 4 Thinking” model, and shockingly, just creating two simple pages with their functionalities burned through over 11k credits. You make it impossible to know what’s truly unlimited and what isn’t, hiding behind vague labels while draining credits at an absurd rate. Once I hit your invisible thresholds, you locked me out immediately regardless of my subscription, and any hope of getting a refund is a joke. You are also liars Qwen3 Coder in the CodeLLM options turns out to be just regular Qwen3, and Kimi K2 is actually Claude Sonnet 3.5. Your marketing baits people in with promises of access to multiple AI models, but in reality it’s unclear limits, shady billing practices, slow and buggy performance, and a complete lack of customer support. This isn’t just bad service, it’s a predatory trap that eats my money and wastes my time.

Procing model restrictions or hidden costs?

Experiencing significant frustration with Abacus.AI's ChatLLM Teams support. Despite having credits, my AI agent was inaccessible due to unclear account type distinctions, which weren't transparent at purchase. The support interaction was unhelpful and dismissive, and I was told there's no way to report it. This lack of transparency and feedback mechanism is concerning. Hoping @Abacus.AI can address these issues and improve customer experience. #AbacusAI #CustomerService #Feedback

Misleading Offers and Poor Communication

Signed up expecting a 1-month-free offer based on their site but was charged for both months. No clear end date or terms provided, and their response was unhelpful, like an angry old teacher trying to discipline an elementary school kid back in 80s. After raising this publicly, they blocked me on X. Terrible communication led to this frustration matches their 2.1 Trustpilot rating. At the beginning sounds good, but once you reach 75% of the usage of those credits, you cannot longer use any of those services, not even for a small question and need to pay more, so yes, they promise something they do not deliver at the end. Avoid unless transparency improves.

Great features and options, Bad accuracy

Great features and options, the huge problem with it, accuracy and web search are completely non-existent constantly hallucinating, sources or web pages are non existent even when I am very specific with my prompts. It’s great for automation, terrible at fact checking.

💸 Hidden Charges and No Transparency — At Least I Got Refunded

I signed up for Abacus.AI’s ChatLLM thinking it was just a free trial or card validation. No pricing was clearly shown at signup, no confirmation screen, and absolutely no email receipt afterward.

Turns out I was immediately charged $10 twice on two different accounts (I had no idea the first one was even subscribed). I only found out after checking my Revolut app by chance. If I hadn’t, they would’ve kept charging me silently.

I never used the software on either account — zero usage, no emails, no alerts. It felt like a dark pattern to silently onboard and bill users without their awareness.

Thankfully, after I emailed their support with screenshots, they did refund both charges and cancel the subscriptions. Props to them for that, but I had to chase them down for something that should’ve been transparent from the start.

Just a warning if you’re signing up, make sure you're okay being billed immediately and watch your credit card closely.

Would consider it a Scam

Firstly, I was duped into buying the subscription by making me approve a Zero amount transaction. By bad, I assumed it to be just a card validation check without actually subscribing yet. It was a autopay setup transaction and my card was charged for first month within few seconds, without me even logging into their tool yet.

It prodded me to try making a website. Website was created but I couldn't do anything esle, not even ask questions because credit were all gone.

Overall experience that been so bad that I am tempted to call it a scam.

Everything of models, extra features, pre-made agents

These models, Grok 4 - Qwen 252b(free), DeepSeek 0538 and V3.1 (both free), Claude 4 Opus, 4 Sonnet.. what more can you ask for? Take about 4000 questions a month too use 10$ worth of credits...if you don't do anything crazy that is, like making a animation movie, but you can use DeepAgent to program apps, live, without coding so I've heard, I wrote me a cool sci-fi story, 3 bins about Future of Humanity as robots, haha funny

Scam

Scam, basically. Each plan you pay assign you a certain quantity of "credits" to use the IA/LLM services. At the begining sounds good but once you reach 75% of the usage of those credits, you cannot longer use any of those services, no even for a small question and need to pay more, so yes, they promise something they do not deliver at the end.

No Words. Just Disgust.

Human greed and shamelessness do seem to have no limits... I fell for the sweet promises and bought a paid plan on this platform. All I needed was help with a pretty basic task: installing a standard open-source app on a typical Linux hosting setup. I asked their AI assistant to handle it.

I lost several hours of my time — and every single credit I had — with nothing to show for it. The task wasn’t completed. Of course, right after that, the system kindly suggested I upgrade to a more expensive plan.

Fine, whatever. I paid again. Guess what? The AI agent chewed through all those new credits just as fast — and still didn’t get the job done. Let me repeat: I asked for a basic GitHub app to be installed on standard Linux hosting. That’s it. No result, but all my money was gone.

I contacted support and asked for a refund since I got literally nothing in return. Their answer? A firm no. Clearly, these guys care a lot more about the sound of coins hitting their pocket than about helping customers.

Later, I sat down and actually did the math on their pricing — which they discreetly tuck away behind a nonsense “credit” system, designed for the sole purpose - to keep you confused about how much you’re actually spending. And let me tell you, the numbers were insane. At their ridiculous rates, you can blow through an entire month’s credits in just 8 hours of AI interaction. Eight. Hours.

Well, the only good news? The world still has a way of balancing things out — and cash-first outfits like this usually crash and burn a lot faster than they expect.

Abacus Ai is legendary you get access to CHat GPT Pro and 19 other top level Ais like Gemini Pro & Claude for $10 a month. All these people doing 1 star reviews and can't log in must be the competition. Then you have Abacuses new Deep Agent using multiple Ais at once. It does chea your compute credits up much faster but is mind blowing. I have been using it daily for 5 months
