What I like the most is the possibility to use a variety of LLMs in one place. However the use of the deep Agent is not very intuitive and I'm still struggling to figure it out.

After signing up in April 2025

After signing up in April 2025, based on the rollover of unused computer points to the following months. Now, 2 million computer points are changed to 20 thousand credits with no rollover of unused credits, just a reset each month of 20 thousand credits. They explained that they are equal. YA, Sure! I guess the Abacus AI went rogue!

🚨 Beware of Abacus AI’s Unprofessional Practices 🚨
I’m deeply disappointed with Abacus AI. My team paid $120 for ChatLLM Teams, but they:Charged us prematurely (2nd $60 before the 30-day cycle).Blocked access without explanation, despite payments.Tried to charge $196 for “API usage” without consent.Falsely accused us of “abuse” with zero evidence.
Their support? Useless responses like “Can you try again?” This disrupted our chatbot training and data processing project, costing us time, money, and trust. I’ve documented everything and expect a full refund by May 25, 2025. Has anyone faced similar issues with Abacus AI? Let’s discuss transparency in tech! #AbacusAI #TechTransparency #ConsumerRights

Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible service, even though it looks basic it looks advanced and more profitable than subscriptions to specific models. It constantly crashes, slows down during response generation, making it impossible to use. The famous built-in IDE with neural network broke almost immediately, so that it was impossible to use the neural network itself. By the end of the limits forced to forcibly switch to cheaper versions or pay a higher tariff, although who asked them, I have a vacation in a few days, and I will not use it, I need to finish using my credits now, but send me the hell.

absolute waste of money and time

absolute waste of money and time. been using this for 2 months... search and functions based in "computer points" witch for using a chat can go up to 10000 or 35000, using a DeepAgent or operator goes up to 120000 or even 275000 per task... task that will go in circles and not get things done or complete EVER.. 7 million computer points(of course need to purchase more) and one single front web app window couldn't be finished. not recommended at all. also there is no help or support, no email or phone, nothing, just a FAQ and guides to solve it yourself articles. use it for kids and teen projects not for life stuff or complex task as is advertised.

Credit card scam

I paid for subscription.
Now when I want to log in, it does not allow me to enter the site without giving credit card detail. Meanwhile it keeps attempting to withdraw money at regular interval from card detail given earlier.
So, I have to keep online transaction deactivated. This was very disappointing and have decided to stay away from Abacus

Shady tactics

Shady tactics! No 'Contact us' or 'Reach us' page in their WHOLE website, plus once you signed up, they ask for your credit card, you would thought they need a payment method on file, but as soon as you inserts your details they debit $10, I mean it should say it instead, it's like they know what they're doing..

anyway stay safe out there from these type of companies.

Using it for nearly 2 months now.

Using it for nearly 2 months now.
Advantages:
You'll get SOTA models very early with decent usage limit for what you pay a month($10)

Disadvantages:
- There is the limit 2,000,000 compute units which burn quickly if you use SOTA models. Even more when attach images, documents etc.
- They do have advanced image and video generation models just to say "we have everything" but if you start using it they just eat your compute units in no time.
- Poor support.
Overall it is a half cooked food still need a lot of improvements

WARNING

WARNING: Abacus.ai is a SCAM! Stay Away
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an AI platform. Abacus.ai is a complete disaster—slow, riddled with endless bugs, and barely functional. Every action takes ages to load, and when it finally does, it either crashes or gives completely unreliable results.

But here’s the real kicker—they have zero customer support. You can send a dozen emails, open tickets, and beg for help, but you’ll never get a response. And if you’re unlucky enough to have been tricked into a paid plan, good luck canceling! They’ll silently charge you, and there’s no way to get a refund. Total scam tactics.

This is not a professional AI service; it’s a money-grab disguised as technology. Trust me, RUN in the opposite direction! 🚫

Their support don't answer

I had a disappointing experience with this service, particularly with their customer support. I reached out with a specific technical query and waited several days without receiving any acknowledgment or assistance. Despite following up multiple times, including via email and social media, the lack of response was frustrating and unprofessional.

As a paying customer, I expect timely and reliable support, which unfortunately was not provided. This experience has led me to question the value of this service, and I am now considering alternatives that offer better customer care.

I would not recommend this service to others unless they address and improve their customer support significantly.

Unfinished, not ready yet

It has a lot of promise but product is unfinished and the customer service is the worst I’ve had in a long time. Any bugs, you’re not getting help. They just reply with “looking into it” and the problem will just continue to exist. They don’t seem to care at all.

The documents aren’t seen by some of the ai models when you upload them.

The agents never seem to work for me. You can see them having a conversation and then they hit a brick wall and you’re left with an unfinished bot.
When it says searching the web after you enter a prompt, that’s a bit of a 50-50 gamble whether or not it does actually search.

It’s been a really frustrating attempt to use the service, the dashboard and after recommending other people to use it 3 out of 3 of them left the same way I did.

Big shame.

Value for money

Value for money! I could say more, but these three words simply express how fond I've grown of using Abacus AI (weird name btw). There are some key issues that need to be further developed and enhanced, but as things stand, this was a worthwhile subscription rather than the $20 I keep wasting on ChatGPT.

Challenging...

The user dashboard is such a challenge to navigate, even just to check out what kind of subscription we're currently in. There was no option to cancel the subscription or change payment method since it didn't display any subscription plan. The performance (speed and quality) of the responses/answers to queries was not as expected.
