Do not use this company it’s a scam. I had to wait 3 weeks for my camera battery when it came it was a copy and not original as promised. After a lot of promises I got absolutely nothing. I phoned them and got cut off. Selina replies to the emails but now they have blocked my email. DO NOT USE THEM ITS S SCAM

Don't buy anything from this site its SCAM.3 weeks ago ordered battery for Bosch circular saw dont get any recipt or confirmation of my payment.Phone number from website not exist,no answer for email,after deeper research found out my payment go outside UK.Conclusion is sad,its a SCAM done by profesional people(website registered in UK)

My computer had died, so I purchased another one from Abattery and it's working well so far.

I was confuse which charger fits for my battery, so I consulted the customer service and she asked me for the battery model, which I did. Then she gave me a link of the charger and it actually works well for my battery.

This is a scam site .Purchased Bosch multi tool battery charger.No order number given on e mail receipt.
E Mail just states the following;
Thanks for your order.
I'm the customer service from Abattery.
We will arrange the shipment asap.
For more information about your order, please feel free to contact me.

Do not buy. Makita batteries are not genuine although they look very alike

Like so many other reviews, AVOID. Hiding as a UK site, but actually fake site. I never received the item and they didn't refund.

On the 21st October I ordered a Canon battery for my camera, they confirmed order on the 30th. No battery arrived and I wrote again to them without any reply. I tried phoning today and the number rings and cuts out. To email them you are putting details into an unsecured site for everyone to see so I didn't bother. They are obviously a scam company and I will never see my battery that I have paid over £20 for. Do not use them, you will never see your product or your money back. BUYERS BEWARE

They may have a UK based website but subsequently discovered the company address is shown as a third floor flat located in Hong Kong.
I ordered a Makita battery which never arrived, so contacted Amex to arrange a full refund of my money.

Please steer clear of buying batteries from this company.
They are definitely not genuine and could be potentially dangerous.
The two Makita batteries I bought as replacements for my original genuine ones that came with my drill did not even fit the charger but when I contacted them they claimed it was because they were made in a different factory!!
I really had to keep on challenging them and demanding my money back
I eventually was given an address to send them without the offer of them covering the postage for the fake goods and luckily sent signed for ( although the post office would only take them if attached to something like a drill!! So I said they were)
I then had to chase several times more and threaten with trading standards before finally getting a refund
I doubt many would be so lucky or persistent so my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

AVOID! Ordered a Nikon battery, paid but no delivery. Company not contactable.
In future will check these unknown companies before paying.

Ordered 2 Makita batteries from Abattery. After using one month one of them dyed. Contacting customer service twice and never got an answer. Very bad

Ordered a nixon camera battery ,it arrived with no paperwork ,it's not the battery that was ordered, it looks used ,cannot get in contact with company phone goes dead and email address not recognised

Shame I didn't read the reviews before ordering an Olympus camera battery. Received one email saying that the order would be arranged and three weeks later no sign of it and no response from customer service. It would appear that I've been scammed along with others on here. Steer well clear of this company.

Ordered 2 Makita batteries from Abattery. When they arrived they are fake. There is no way of contacting customer service. The phone number connects then goes to engaged tone and cuts off. There was no paperwork or order number included in the package.
The package says Yu Cheng Logistics GmbH on the outside.

Received copy makita battery no paperwork or guarantee website make out they are based in Birmingham actually china
You receive no order number or reference just email saying it’s being delivered that’s the only good thing

Bought a camera battery - doesn't hold it's charge.
Emailed abattery.co.uk in April - NO RESPONSE !!!!!
