Ordered batteries for 2 cameras keep getting told they're on their way. Been weeks now communication terrible not holding my breath on getting my money back contacting bank to do a claw back on their account

Ordered 2 Olympus camera batteries from this company but all I received was an email on 26.7.23 from Selina Siller 'Customer Services' stating they would arrange delivery asap. I've not heard from them since. On reading the reviews on this site looks like I've lost my £31.97. Their Tel No. doesn't exist.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered online on 16/6/23 a replacement Nikon camera battery for £35.98 and received immediate confirmation from "customer service". I have received nothing from them and they have not responded to further enquiries.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! this company sells everything FAKE ... I bought makita battery... it looks real from first sights it even says makita on side but it's snide as you like... the thing even feels cheap and don't fit on chargers... I have reported this company so hopefully will be closed down soon

Ordered a camera battery, received no acknowledgement or receipt, eventually received an email stating they were processing the order. Money was taken out of my account but did not receive the item I ordered. Followed up every week for 6 weeks, received assurances it was on its way, blamed the courier but couldn’t provide me with tracking details, and asked me to be patient. Eventually I had had enough of the nonsense and requested a refund which has not been received to date. These people are liars, scammers and thieves … do not buy from them. I would have given no stars if possible. Will be reporting this company to Trading Standards.

This company is a scam they are based in Hong Kong and you will not receive the products you pay for or at best they will be cheap knock offs. do not use these fraudsters.

I ordered a new battery Kodak 7001 as shown on the advert. Prompt delivery of the wrong goods. Received the incorrect battery and was unable to contact the company, They did not send a receipt to my e-mail!!! please beware they take your money but send the incorrect goods.

I ordered a new battery for my ancient xp Toshiba laptop, used for retro gaming.
There was no confirmation email after payment, that was the first red flag.
I had to send an email to confirm they had my order, they replied they would send battery asap.
Wrong battery arrived, but they said this was the one I ordered.
I had no comeback as there was no confirmation email.
Turns out they’re based in Hong Kong
I hope they get their bawls zapped by cc cp enforcement

After I ordered I was surprised not to receive a confirmation email. I did eventually, but no order number. The batteries have now arrived, but are not genuine. PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL SCAM. The items come from YU CHENG, NOT UK

FAKE!! I ordered a Bosch battery charger for my 84 year old pensioner Mum's lawn mower, it was clearly fake and did not work. Sent numerous email to Selina Siller who now seems to have disappeared as not answering my emails. Contact number is FAKE along with company. Very upsetting for my Mum who is on a limited income. SCAM

FAKE! AVOID!! they advertise as genuine, but they are Fake batteries. I have paid for Makita 5amp 18v, and received fake product, not genuine. MY HARDWORKED MONEY WENT IN THE HANDS OF FRAUDSTERS. You better pay a fraction more and get trusted product.

I ordered a Nikon camera battery 4 days ago, received an email confirming order next day have received battery today slightly relieved to see it’s complete with Nikon logo, happy with the deal.

Absolutely shocking website, no confirmation of order or transaction was sent to me, I can only prove I ordered anything because the money disappeared from my account. I have contacted the company to no avail. They advertise 2-5 working day delivery but it's absolute honk, my parcel hasn't arrived and it's now been over a month. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

I received a clearly fake Makita rechargeable lithium battery. Selina Siller advised me to return it for a full refund however as this is classed as a prohibited item by Royal Mail and all other courier companies it's impossible to arrange to send back! Have been asked if I'll keep the battery for a discounted refund... No thanks, it's potentially dangerous/hazardous. I've been had.

Terrible company. Actually in Honk Kong not UK. Took weeks for charger to arrive - supposedly genuine Sony charger. Dead on arrival. Don't waste your time and money on this useless company.

ordered a replacement kindle battery, website states 2/5 days delivery. Received email on 31st Jan, from a Selina Siller, from Abattery, no job title, no order reference number, that stated thanks for order, will arrange "shipment" ASAP. The money for the order £26.98, was paid by my bank on 31st Jan.
I sent Selina Siller an email on 3rd Feb, asking if item is coming from China, no reply.
Today have been on their website, the contact us form does not recognise my email address, so will not send.
The telephone contact number does not connect.
Today, 12th Feb, I have sent Selina Siller? another email attaching my mobile number requesting an update, and stating that I could have sourced this item myself, on a slow boat from China. Scam? we will soon see.
Since posting this review I have received an email from Selina Siller, she apologises for the delayed contact, and promises the item will be delivered this Friday, or Monday (20th) Feb. I thought it only fair to update this review.
Today received ordered item, 16th Feb. OK, abattery seem to be legit. They fall down badly on customer service, and communication. However, I am happy.

ordered a camera battery a week ago and have heard nothing. have tried to ring on number provided but it doesn't exist . as far as I can see the address is also wrong. would advise avoid this site like the plague.

Placed an order on 25th January for a Fujifilm battery, 2 days later still haven't received any email with confirmation, no order reference number - very strange, tried to ring them - no answer, tried to contact them from their website - not even sure if the message went through, lack of communication from the company, all looks very suspicious, like a scam.

Their batteries are over priced and fake. I bought 2 x 5ah 18v batteries for anout 90 quid, if i wanted fakes i could of got them for half this amount. Absolute rip off AVOID!
