This company is now in administration and no surprise. We took this company to court we were awarded the claim but the owner shut the company. This is good news for the honest working people out there who in good faith and trust go to people like this who basically just steal their money.
No doubt he will be up and running very soon under a new name and number (already in circulation). I bought a large shed from this joking firm at a cost of over £2000 they installed it and it leaked from day one. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this we had no response from them at all. The construction of the shed is shocking!! The shiplap T&G is not pulled tight enough together, he's used split boards, the tongues on boards are missing in parts allowing water to enter. Quarter inch gaps between every floorboard. Window frames leak as not siliconed. They must have looked for every scrap of waste wood in the yard and used it to build the shed also they say the timber is tanalised ???? The erection of the shed is shocking! The centre of the shed bows inwards, the roof dips and it is not square on the back end. The bottom T&G timber is 40mm longer than the top T&G this is how this was made in their yard. The cost to repair this NEW shed is estimated at £1500 and needs to be taken down and re erected but on the other hand its £300 for a skip! So this is how Ashley Roy Bennett runs his numerous FAILED businesses. Look out for this man and avoid at all costs otherwise it will cost YOU!!!!!!

I ordered a shed from them in March, at which point they gave me a delivery date, since then they have done nothing but give fictious date after fictitious date! I have since cancelled my order with them due to their inability to deliver following excuse after excuse. I now cannot get through to them on the telephone and they aren't replying to my emails and they still haven't returned my deposit. If they don't have the staff and the wood to build and supply sheds then they should not be taking innocent peoples money!!!

Do not buy from him Hi I see this Ashley Bennett is the same person I ordered a she from which was from Malvern timber framed building I ordered a she in April was told 9 th June for delivery never turn up was told then 9 th July 10 days before was told it would not be comeing and don’t no when it was so asked for money back never recived it went to bank they frozen his account so now going to small claims court as he can not keep getting away with this I payed deposit to Ashley Bennett to

If I were able to give a minus review I would. Ordered a shed 10 months ago. Paid a deposit and nothing since. Have had numerous cancelled deliveries with little or no notice. 5 cancellations this month alone. They do not answer their phone. Now trying to get deposit back from the director Mr Ashley Bennett who’s account it was paid into. Looking at the previous reviews here and the ones on Facebook we hold out little hope of getting our money back.
Stay away from this company, they may seem professional when you initially place your order but then you are no longer able to contact them by phone. They do not have a land line and say the reception in their area is bad that is why the cannot be reached on their mobile number.

Never usually write reviews but just had to warn others. Ordered a shed, first delivery date cancelled (possibly Covid-related, which is understandable), so second date arranged but just didn't turn up, then we couldn't get hold of anyone at the company. Eventually received email and failed delivery was blamed on sickness - may be true but why not advise us on the day? Any reputable company would and we assume that not everyone was sick! Deposit originally paid via BACS to director, not company, which we thought a little odd. Then advised balance either 3 days in advance via BACS or cash on delivery! No way we were paying a penny before it was delivered and erected, so no choice but to arrange cash - again odd. Not given any choice on new delivery day which was actually very inconvenient. Did actually turn up BUT no lock or handle on doors which was not advised until the shed was fully erected so no chance to reject, just presented with a fait accompli and given £50 off! So shed unusable until husband has got the chisels out and fitted lock. Felt so distrusting of the company that we felt compelled to video the driver counting out the cash, so we had some proof. Also did our own receipt (although we did actually get one from them). Can only say, do not buy from this company.

I ordered a garden building and was told the delivery date was set in stone unless I decided to change it. Two weeks before delivery and after spending £1000 on groundwork to suit my purchase I was told the building would be delayed. Initially I postponed the project due to winter setting in, but a couple of days later decided to cancel the order. You guessed it, the company refused to refund my deposit. Shame as this was one of three planned buildings on my property so I guess Abberley are the biggest losers.

Seriously, please avoid this company. You have been warned.

I purchased a summerhouse in May and was told delivery would be in August. 24 hours before the agreed delivery date they cancelled and rescheduled only to cancel again on 3 further occasions.

I cancelled the order after the final non delivery and have been waiting for a refund of £2,300 for over 8 WEEKS. They do not reply to e-mails or answer the phone. This is the behaviour of a business in financial difficulty.

I have been waiting for 4.5 months for a shed that I paid £2487 for. I have emailed them, left multiple phone messages contacted them on Fb and their own website - no response. They are clearly avoiding me and informed Paypal that they sent me the shed 10 days after purchase! THIEVES!!!! No customer service! I bought the shed to use as a sensory area for my disabled daughter and have equipment arriving soon! How can people be so crooked?
