I had a very good experience with Megan, the dental nurse. She was exceptionally caring, making sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Her professionalism and attentive nature truly stood out. I would rate Megan 5 stars for her excellent service and compassionate care.

I don't often write reviews but having spent months worrying about having a filling i just want to say thanks......I'm absolutely terrified of needles.....it's even hard writing the word.....I've known for months that I needed a filling but was too scared to go to the dentist as I was worried about the needles, i dont think I've splept in that time due to pain and anguish .... well that was such a waste of life....Dr Farman and his amazing nurse Megan immediately took away my fears with their caring approach. Job done and no more pain or fear!!! Honestly your so good thankyou.

I had composite bonding last week and from my first appointment, the whole dental team made me feel super comfortable. Especially the nurse Megan who was so good with me. The practice is stunning and really welcoming! Dr Farman listened to everything I wanted and did an incredible job. He made me feel relaxed and reassured the whole time. Thankyou so much

After using abbey house a few times now for some dental work I thought I would leave a review this time, there passion for sorting out customers dental issues is very clear from the get go, each time I go for my knackered old teeth I’m always made to feel comfortable and I can honestly say they are gentle and aware of how much I hate dentistry work.meghan especially,always makes me smile and remembers a little joke we share to make me feel at ease.Also Farman is the best dentist I’ve ever had I wish I had found him sooner maybe my teeth wouldn’t be such a mess..I would HIGHLY recommend people to use these guys if there looking for a new dentist you won’t be sorry

Completely pain free filling! I was a bit nervous and Dr. Ash and Kate put me straight at ease, even put friends on for me on the TV in the ceiling! Really happy with the service I was provided and the calming presence of the dentist, and dental nurse. Dr. Ash made sure I was ok the whole way through the treatment and Kate was lovely and bubbly. Lovely and professional people! Would recommend 10/10

Jas is always exceptionally patient with me as he understands my fear of dental treatment.
He goes that extra mile to ensure my comfort and makes me feel confident in his abilities. He is very skilled and professional and takes time to put me at ease.

My regular dentist has recently left the practice. Her replacement was totally unprofessional. Firstly, I had X-rays (Not provided with the usual glasses) Secondly, my chair was put completely flat which was extremely uncomfortable. The dentist was drinking coffee during the checkup and I could taste disgusting sweet coffee on his gloves. Totally dreadful experience.

I was booked in for a private procedure today for which I had paid half the cost 4 weeks ago at the time of booking. The 1 & 1/2 hour appointment was cancelled 1 hour and 40 minutes before the due time today by the surgery and I’ve now been rescheduled for a further 4 week wait!!!!! As this wasn’t my fault and I’d made arrangements they could have been more accommodating….. but they have my money!!!

Decided to try and new dentist after poor service locally, from the beginning the booking process was easy, my first appointment was stress free and I felt very at ease. My consultation included an XRay and forward plan was relaxed and no pressure to proceed the atmosphere was friendly, extremely clean and super friendly.
Farman fully explained everything and Megan and Sally were just fantastic putting myself fully at ease.
The service was so good I encouraged my daughter to join. I'll let her write her own review but the way she was greeted and treated was outstanding, she needed some surgical treatment this was completed amazingly fast and the outcome has been brilliant with no complications.
I would personally have no doubts in recommending this practice.

Experienced sensitivity. Contacted this practice. The dentist put in a filling. I have never had a filling before. A few days later, still the same. Returned and different dentist grinded where the filling was so that bite would be aligned. Weeks later, still the same. Went back in to be told it's all as it should be. I noticed my bite still wasn't right even months later. I was told this would return to normal. I noticed my molars felt like they were sliding a little from the first spot that touches until the rest touch. This hit and slide, or wobble, means that every time I bite down to chew all the way through food, it shifts to make the teeth hit all the way. They basically didn't care. Avoid this practice, more interested in their tills ringing. Considering legal action.

I attended an appointment for a tooth extraction. Dr Kal thoroughly explained the procedure and checked I was happy with everything before going ahead.
During the procedure, Dr Kal ensured I was comfortable at every opportunity.
The aftercare was clearly explained, along with contingencies, should there be any concerns.
Dr Kal and the team have filled me with confidence about ongoing and future treatments. I would fully recommend.

I had an appointment today 08/08/24 at 12.20pm with Sara and Paris who practice at Abbey House Dentist , the whole of their service was brilliant!
I really would recommend Abbey House dental to all my family and friends.

Rahil has been with Abbey Dental only 6 months and he provided the best hygienist visit I have experienced. As a nervous patient with sensitivity he took his time and provided me with a tailor made service. Brilliant!

Some months ago I saw the advert and attempted to book an appointment online for my wife and myself, the package looked really good and we need implants but after clinical advice. That went south with the inability to recognise that two of us wanted to come to an appointment so I binned it.
Seeing the advert on FB I decided to phone through this time and ask, an appointment was duly made for both.
It would be a 40 mile round trip for us and we arrived twenty minutes early and were greeted nicely and shown upstairs to the waiting room.
First warning shot was a lady whose appointment had not been called and was heading for over 30 minutes delay without any explanation. We made the decision to leave after 30 minutes if we had not been advised.
30 minutes came and went; nothing, not a peep from anyone but I suppose us leaving cleared a backlog and enabled others to catch up on time ie, too many appointments booked.
Thing is, it was very unprofessional and arrogant to treat customers who would be potentially spending many thousands of pounds in this manner. Probably dont need the money nor the custom.
If the logistics and administration was this poor, why would I dare risk the clinical side being of a similar nature once the coin of the realm had been exchanged? (please dont lecture me on customers receiving the highest blah blah from clinicians of the highest blah blah, it wont wash).
Lucky and unusual for me to offer my money twice, there wont be a third time, bet they wont treat us like this in Budapest when we pop over later in the summer.
Afternote: the Centre contacted me by email in which I explained my position. I did request that they alter their response which I note has happened and will allow credit there. That said I see a similar post from someone has appeared.
