I went to the festival park dentists, I was seen by Farman & Megan, they were really nice and they talked me through everything they were going to do, they also let me know the cost and told explained the different payment options. The people at the front desk are lovely too.

I had a great experience during my visit. Caitlin was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the appointment. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and explained everything clearly. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommended!

For anyone that is anxious about getting implants with Abbey house there is nothing to worry about , I was so anxious I cancelled my first appointment, there was zero pain through the procedure and zero pain the next day, thank you so much farman, Megan and Charlotte for the constant reassurance and support.

I visited today for the start of my implant journey. Abdul, Megan and Abbie looked after me like a queen!! From my choice of music,sorry guys, to constant reassurance throughout the procedure, everything was exceptional. Professional, caring and friendly throughout. I would highly recommend these guys and Abbey Dental without hesitation

Just want to say a big thank you to Anna and Donna for a very pleasant experience. I had two fillings and a clean and I am petrified of having needles but I can say they are amazing, it did not hurt a bit and make me feel so at easy.

After losing a couple of lower incisors teeth a couple of years ago I visited a number of dental practices to find out about getting implants. Following review of website, I had a meeting with Abdul made me feel very relaxed and I was confident I was going to receive the best treatment possible. He explained the stages of my treatment.
I was given a few leaflets and a bespoke treatment plan to read and digest; this went into details of my proposed treatment. The whole team was brilliant. The process was simple, relaxed and pain free. Abdul was very efficient and professional and done the procedure in stunning style. I strongly recommend him.

Had an tooth extraction and I was very nervous due to Annie Donna and Leah made me calm there was no pain I feel they were professional in there dentistry they were so nice and talked about what they were doing so I felt quite relaxed 😁

Absolutely fantastic experience with the Abbey House team. I had surgery for two implants and Kate was really approachable and clear at the consultation with explaining the whole procedure and cost. Abdul (the surgeon) was extremely thorough and the practical side of the process was completed really efficiently without any issues. I’m really happy with the service I’ve received and would definitely say this surgery is good value for money!

Been with this practice for a short amount of time but every experience has been positive. Today I had an in depth hygiene appointment with George & Madeeha who were kind, accommodating and very professional.

Fantastic Care
I took my Mum to Abbey House Dental at Festival Park Stoke today. She had a tooth extraction and partial dentures fitted. She and I were treated so kindly by Milan, Caitlin, Paul and Abbie, we would like to mention Lisa too, but didn't see her on this visit. We have been visiting this practice for a few months now, after being given a series of appointments. Nothing is never too much trouble, always a lovely warm welcome from the reception staff. We felt that we were treated so nicely by lovely, friendly and professional staff. Mums results today from Paul's expert dental technics are outstanding and we wish to thank him so much. Milan's dental extraction and his expertise, was so informative, skilled, attentive and gentle, Mum didn't feel a thing, Both Milan and Paul gave Mum very clear instructions on care over the coming days. She left the practice feeling on top of the world, with a lovely new smile. Thank you all.

I went along to my first appointment feeling a little nervous but as soon as I walked into reception I was met with a smile and put at ease quickly. The receptionist was so nice such a happy young lady she put me at ease straight away and she made me a lovely drink.
Then I went in to see Ravi and Saarah they were so nice and I was made to feel comfortable and they explained everything to me and how I will be able to get that smile I have always wanted. They were both lovely and chatty and answered all my questions as well as having a laugh. They made me feel so welcome and were both lovely.
I am looking forward to my treatment now and I am so glad and happy I will be going to them each time I go. It’s nice to build a good relationship of trust with them both while having treatment.

Also need to mention Kate she is so friendly and puts you at ease and goes through everything with you and I know if I have an issues i can phone her for help. She is lovely a great team member.
