Terrible 1st time experience
Unfortunately,or fortunately, I will not be booking with Abbey Travel for our first family trip of 6 to Australia. The lady I spoke to gave me 10.37 minutes of her time. She still has no idea if we will have accommodation. She advised me to book direct with the airlines as it is cheaper. She just did not listen, or should I say she couldn't, as she kept cutting me short and wouldn't let me tell her our full requirements. Disapointing to say the lease

We were disappointed to see your 1* rating and read your feedback. When our agent gave you a price you said you could get it cheaper online yourself, so why would you pay more to book with an agent. You were advised that we could not match the online price. The agent did send a follow up email to you with a price for the requested itinerary within 30 minutes of your call. Apologies if our service fell short on this occasion.

excellent trip
I am just back from a holiday we booked to Madrid through Abbey Travel. Paul looked after us in there. He did an excellent job. We went for a weekend trip taking in a Real Madrid match. Paul sorted the hotel and the match tickets. Both exceeded my expectations. The hotel was amazing and the match tickets were excellent. Everything was really well organised. I would highly recommend him. He is a pleasure to deal with and always so responsive.

Helpful and easy to deal with
We booked a trip with abbey travel and the lady I was talking, via email, was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I changed dates and locations a couple of times getting the time and hotel we wanted and it wasn't at all a problem.
I will definitely be using them again for our next trip from dublin. Keep up the good work.
