Wooden Shutters After signing order and paying 50%…
After signing order and paying 50% deposit in January 2024, I was told 6 - 8 weeks delivery time, but nearly four months later the shutters eventually arrived and fitted on 14 May 2024!
Aberdeen blinds don’t see the necessity to update or notify clients. The agitated response from frontline admin staff offered little assurance.
They were however, quick in sending marketing emails and of course a friendly nudge to respond positively to Trustpilot!
All was not lost though….the company can be grateful for the salesman (at the beginning) and fitters (at the end) - who were really hands-on, friendly & helpful.

First appointment for measuring and pricing - salesman was on time very pleasant and went through all the price points, explained everything well. Second appointment for fitting - on time, very tidy, blinds look lovely and very good quality.
