Parts are well made and packaged.
Not all parts were in stock, even though this wasn't the case on the web site. Only found this out after a week of waiting and got in touch, I was told they were marked as out of stock even though my initial screen shots taken at the time of ordering didn't show this.
Had a A.I generated response with a follow up from A Bike Thing explaining things but no apology, basically it was my fault.
Will continue to shop there but take more care before ordering, maybe even getting in touch before hand.

Hey Charles, we can only apologise for any inconsistencies with the website. We will look into this ASAP, and once we understand why this might've happened, we'll put measures in place to prevent it in the future. As for AI generated responses, you may have seen Steve talking about this across our social media, we do use an in-built AI model for our email support system, however it is not your typical ChatGPT, it is a fully customised model which is entirely trained on our company, our products, and every email that gets sent. We also never just let AI write our responses for us, it'll draft a response, to which our support team then takes over, edits that response to ensure it is accurate and relevant, and then it'll be sent. So whatever email you received from us will have been seen, and written out by a real person. The AI model is just a way to speed up response times as there's now a pre-generated response ready which is used as a guideline by our support team, so they can focus on solving your problem rather than writing a super-well worded and refined response, as the AI is handling that part.
However, this does not change the response you were given, just an explanation to reassure you that you will have been speaking to a real person. So to conclude, we are very sorry you've had issues with your order, and our responses. We take these things very seriously and will rectify this for any future purchases you make with us.

Hey Martin! We are currently reviewing our stickers in the hopes of replacing them with a 3D gel version. Just have to examine the costs and see if it is a realistic goal, in the meantime we did not top up on our original stickers so we can only apologise... Hopefully next time you'll receive either the original, or the shiny new 3D version!

So helpful & such quick shipping. I emailed the guys at A Bike Thing & told them what I had & what I was looking for. The next day a got a list of what I needed, along with pricing. I paid for my order & it shipped right away. Everything came well packaged & in great shape.
