Another residential care home provider…

Another residential care home provider in South East London highly recommended Able Cleaning. I was delighted with the excellent communication from start to finish. I received regular updates on their arrival and the progress, which was especially helpful as I was away from the property. The team's thorough and efficient work provided exceptional after-building property cleaning. The high-quality clean they delivered allowed me to walk around the house in my socks for the first time in months :) I wholeheartedly recommend Able Cleaning for deep cleaning. Thanks, guys!

Great company

Great company, they have provided an end of tenancy and upholstery clean, I am very happy with the outcome. Camilla is very helpful and efficient, The cleaning team were friendly, thorough and kept me well informed. I was sent before and after pictures when requested and the carpet cleaner Omar was a lovely, a good laugh which is just what I needed to ease the stresses of moving. Thank you Able

Able cleaning are amazing

Able cleaning are amazing! I work in an estate agent and we always need cleaners for the beginning and ending of the tenancies. Able cleaning are always helpful, professional and do a fantastic job at cleaning our properties. Highly recommended!

I was verbally abused

Me and Omar agreed on a price for a carpet clean which also included sofa clean. Once the job was done I thought Omar done a great job. I was advised to move the sofa to the otherside of the room later on the day so that the carpet can get  an even amont of ventilation.

I was advised to pay that day, however once I moved the sofa I noticed the middle of the room wasn't carpet cleaned. I took a picture of this and sent it via email and WhatsApp so that he can rectify the issue before I pay.

This morning I had a call from from him. I explained the issue and to cut the story short, he cursed, insulted my character, shouted over me and hung the phone on me three times. I have never been spoken to like this ever and it left me shocked and really upset. I paid the money and I will never use this company again. I don't feel safe or comfortable for him to rectify the issue. No one should verbally abuse a customer or anyone in that case. DISGUSTING customer service.

Customer called for a quote for which this was given, she then added extra services to and expected it to be done for the originally quoted rate which was 3 times less. We made an offer which was reluctantly accepted, this customer was a repeat customer and is aware of our terms and conditions as per which states that payment is required ahead of scheduled job. Once the job was complete customer was present and confirmed her satisfaction with the work completed and was reminded that payment had not yet been received. The next day the customer emailed with pictures to say a patch of carpet had been missed she then called to reiterate this message in a very aggressive manner to our surprise as all previous communications had been amicable and pleasant, she was reminded that payment had still not been received and that we would be happy to reattend to rectify the patch once this had been received, she proceeded to throw unwarranted insults and curses at Omar and our business regarding our request for payment. Payment was made and customer was offered for us to return but did not respond. Able Cleaning have a zero-tolerance policy to any abuse towards our staff, our guarantee covers our customers, and we are happy to rectify any issues arising within 7 days after works are completed.
