I received an outstanding service from Paul at Able Mortgages. I feel so lucky to have discovered him. As a first time buyer, Paul was absolutely fantastic! I felt very supported and reassured. Paul is very knowledgeable and always took the time to explain everything in clear detail, from the mortgage through to life insurance. I am so grateful for his kind and professional service. I would 100% recommend!

As a first time buyer I was searching for a knowledgable mortgage advisor who could help me through the whole process. I came across Paul at Able Mortgages via the internet and decided to give him a call after reading his glowing reviews. That was honestly one of the best calls/decisions I have ever made. Paul has been absolutely amazing throughout my journey. Even in uncertain times, Paul always found the answer. No doubt without him I would not have got my first property.

Mark Macmain was fantastic in assisting us with selecting the best provider for our needs and also ensuring we secured the best rate possible. He even checked up on the rate multiple times before our renewal date and amended the tariff to give us the best deal available.

Paul was great, he took me through the remortgaging process very efficiently and made everything simple and easy explaining everything clearly along the way.

He was available to answer questions and went over and above helping me to find a local solicitor when I needed one.
When interest rates changed he sorted a new deal for me which saved me even more money.
I would entirely recommend using Able Mortgages to anyone needing a mortgage either new or remortgage.
